Also, The Darkness in Darkness Takeover is more aggressive than in the og show and most mods (besides, maybe, Broken Strings). It can brutally kill any character before corrupting them (look up Temptation from DT). Characters that originally died in the show and got corrupted in the mod can't break free (unless Stewie uses his rewinder) and are called True Risens while characters killed and corrupted by the Darkness can break free (I think)
There Is Also Broken String's Version Of The Darkness Where It Work's More Like Cordcyps then a virus and when a corrupted die's in a more normal way it can't be used as much anymore, it can also affect humans
