- Now a days every one wants to become software Developer but why some software engineers wants to switch from Coding Job to non coding job, what is the main reason to switch from coding Job to non coding job. My suggestion is who are able to work under pressure, innovative thinking, problem solver and cool person defiantly handle any hard situation easily and those become professionals in software industry. So don't switch from coding job to non coding job for better career growth and package.

Yes, Rajesh I agree every Job has their own responsibilities and deadlines but my objective in this video some software developers switching their job from coding to non coding job due to some reasons it might be individual problems or to avoid stress etc.. it might be any one of the reason which I explained, But not all software Developers, few software engineers only. I always recommended do coding job only because better career growth and high package.

My experience: during my starting of my career I worked in development, later switched to functional testing.. Now I feel less stress.. But learn lot in development projet which helps me to resolve any kind of issue in my current project.. So try to face harder things which makes u more sharper in s/ w industry
The goal of Agile process is to reduce Time to market and to achieve strategic goals of company in short frame of time.we have something called sprint that runs for 2 week and in this duration the task needs to be done by hook or crook.
That is why the software engineer feels pressure because they needs to deliver everything in their bucket in 2 weeks.There will lot of blockers like gap in understanding requirements,about code implementation,tester not able to know what to test and inexperienced scrum masters not able to know how to handle clients etc etc...
The pinch will be felt by all stakeholders.

Advantage of having a coding job we can get stress only at dead line of project but we are having daily deadline and which needs to analyse and code alphanumeric codes and work almost 14hours -16 hours a day some times as we work on others made softwares which are dumb at times 🤣🤣🤣
