@@userb3nje909 ye I go there all the time. They don’t maintain some of there longer trails and there is nothing there that really wants to make you go back after you been around the trails multiple times
Heads up for anyone planning a trip, all the footage between 2:28 and 3:09 is on a trail that isn't open yet. They show the closed trail again at 7:39 in the drone footage
Hey @CastAwayCain, our team aimed to showcase the variety of things that will be on offer in the new Mogo Trails network - including teasing a couple of bits that aren’t quite ready yet. As the trail network officially launched about a week ago, the trail crew is still fine-tuning and putting the finishing touches on things to prepare for the thousands of tyres that will roll over them as soon as the ribbon is cut. It’s exciting times in Mogo with the amount of singletrack that’s now available, and we’ve been assured by Rocky Trail that these will be open to the public soon after a little bit more fine-tuning and time to bed in. We’re stoked with what the team at Next Level MTB and Rocky Trail have put together, see you out on the trails!
@@FlowMountainBikeRUclips it's not really teasing if you don't mention that it's closed though, is it? I can understand not mentioning it in the video cause it will be up long after the trail opens but you could have at least pinned a comment letting people know. A lot of people will be planning trips based on these videos thinking that there's lots of bike park style jump lines already open when there's not. Theres only big dogs bone
I live in the area and Mogo is nothing like the alpine area prices are reasonable while I haven't ridden the tracks yet a fair few of my mates are out there every weekend now and they are loving it 🎉 stoked to have tracks like this at my back door 🤙
@@flacksfishingadventures1199 beautiful part of coast, been coming down and staying at Mossy for the last 10+ years, ridden all the existing trails. I love the place
its a bit of false advertising considering alot of the cool footage of all the jump lines big berms aren't even open yet. bare that in mind if you intend to head down to ride them .
Hey @jbridesemtb7951, you are correct, and the jump lines are not quite open yet. Rocky Trail has told us they need a bit of fine-tuning and time to bed in before they are ready for the public. Our aim is to get people excited about the variety of what will be on offer and showcase as much of the network as possible, and with the trails only opening about a week ago, that included teasing a few bits that are still to come. Even before these jumps are ready, there is plenty to keep you busy in Mogo; hopefully, we’ll see you out on the trails next time we’re in town.
Should reserve final judgment until these are fully open but: Very spread out, not much in the way of obvious loops to do where you start and finish at same spot. Multiple trail heads that have no logical convergence. What I saw was pretty much machine smoothed and lacking in feel. Maybe some converted walking trails or existing tracks? Just seemed dry, overly wide trails lacking in any real character. Mogo has a long way to go if it ever wants to be a mtb tourist spot. No accommodation, no pub, not much else to speak of. Sure you can scrape some trails in the dirt but it will seriously need to do more if you want the masses to come.
Hey @georgethomas6541, thanks for your comment! As the network has just opened, there are a few things the trail crew are still putting the finishing touches on due in part to the weather over the past couple of months. Rocky Trail has assured us that these will be open to the public soon after a little bit more fine-tuning and time to settle in. Either way, Next Level and Rocky Trail have put together quite the network and our team were stoked! Thanks again for the feedback and we’ll keep it in mind for next time, finding the perfect time to launch destination features and promote these exciting new networks is complex as they're constantly being upgraded and improved. These upgrades are all great news for mountain bikers though, hopefully we’ll see you out on the trails!
So good having you legends here and giving the big old thumbs up to Mogo Trails and Eurobodalla. Keep killing it 🙌
Absolutely frothing. Cannot wait for our coast trip in September. So nice to have all these great places to visit so close to Canberra!
You're gonna love these trails!

We're opening more and more of the network each week. The team are working around the clock to get the trails you mentioned opened ASAPPPP
