I saw a recent interview with the neighbor who lives across the street from Chad Daybell's house. The neighbor said that Chad's son got fed up with the memorial of JJ and Tylee on his property, so he tore it down. The neighbor found the act offensive and he set up the memorial on his own property across the street from the Daybell house. That is where it stands to this day.
I thought Emma took it down 2x. She didn’t want it up and the attention drawing people to the house. Some we’re putting balloons across the St. and that neighbor agreed bc Emma was seen outside again and people thought she would take down the items somemorial was set up across the street.
It must be difficult for Chad's children who also lost their mother to murder to have to deal with their private hell in the public eye. They probably isolate to protect themselves as much as possible. Remember in the list of victims, Chad's family is hurting too. It seems overwhelming to everyone except the original cult members.

It is surreal to see the property again and to imagine that JJ and Tylee were buried there while people went along with their day and Tammy was still alive. Law enforcement investigated the Daybell property in January of that year and certainly passed over Tylee's and JJ's remains. Thank goodness they were able to put all the pieces together which brought them back to the property where they found the kids. Nate, thank you for your outstanding reporting. Lori absent from grave location, and she claims she didn't know because JJ was at brother's apt.; however she was on her honeymoon in HI without them. Where did she think they were? Meanwhile, she was still getting SS payments every month on deceased children.
Lori Vallow did go to the Daybell home to offer condolences to Chad's children after Tammy's murder...with JJ & Tylee already buried on the property. Lori baked for Chad's children and they all said Lori seemed nice that day. Chad's children were not told at that time that he and Lori were about to elope and honeymoon in Hawaii. Her children lay dead and buried on Chad's property while she served his children baked goods. It's mind boggling.

I'm so glad the kids memorial is still up. To be honest I'm shocked that the Daybell kids didn't remove it long ago since they still stand by their dad. I just don't understand how they can still believe him after the evidence came out that he murdered their mom. Justice is coming for Tammy, Tylee, JJ and Charles.
Nobody knows what his children believe. They haven't been in court so I'd say that's a sign that they don't want anything to do with him. They lost their mother and are victims too.

They could be divided on this but one thing we know for sure, some of kids have inherited Chad's pea brain. If my dad ever remarried 2 weeks after the death of my mother, there would be no discussion. He'd be a POS in my book. I even remember seeing a clip of a few of kids, at least, doing a FaceTime visit with him and he was blathering on about their mother being on a mission. They nodded in agreement with him, smiling slightly, like psychotic little sheep. Hopefully Tammy doesn't know how much her kids have abandoned her. 😭

People work on their property. It's not unusual. The neighbors noted that Chad had a large bonfire where the children were buried. Nat and this station did such a great job interviewing and investigating wondering what could possibly be left to tell in the trial? The only thing new might be Lori Daybell's lawyer spin trying to shift blame and reduce Lori's sentence. Don't expect to see any genuine remorse from Lori Daybell, though.
The usual law about those who are going to testify are not allowed in the courtroom until they ave given their testimony.. that was different in the Murdough trial as the witnesses could sit and listen to all testimony.

I'm so glad the kids memorial is still up. To be honest I'm shocked that the Daybell kids didn't remove it long ago since they still stand by their dad. I just don't understand how they can still believe him after the evidence came out that he murdered their mom. Justice is coming for Tammy, Tylee, JJ and Charles.
They did remove from their fence (awhile ago), and the neighbor picked up what they took down and took it across the street and put it on his fence. ❤
The kids did, in fact, remove it from their property. The neighbor across the street set it back up on his property.
Nobody knows what his children believe. They haven't been in court so I'd say that's a sign that they don't want anything to do with him. They lost their mother and are victims too.
@@chicosmummy there was an interview of Emma after the bodies were found. She thinks Chad was basically manipulated by Lori and Alex. She has been the most vocal of the kids too. They could be divided on this but one thing we know for sure, some of kids have inherited Chad's pea brain. If my dad ever remarried 2 weeks after the death of my mother, there would be no discussion. He'd be a POS in my book. I even remember seeing a clip of a few of kids, at least, doing a FaceTime visit with him and he was blathering on about their mother being on a mission. They nodded in agreement with him, smiling slightly, like psychotic little sheep. Hopefully Tammy doesn't know how much her kids have abandoned her. 😭
@@chicosmummy being one of his grown kids with family moved into the house Tammy was murdered in and that jj and tylee were found mutilated in yard the Day After the kids were found and are still there....sick, absolutely sick

People work on their property. It's not unusual. The neighbors noted that Chad had a large bonfire where the children were buried. Nat and this station did such a great job interviewing and investigating wondering what could possibly be left to tell in the trial? The only thing new might be Lori Daybell's lawyer spin trying to shift blame and reduce Lori's sentence. Don't expect to see any genuine remorse from Lori Daybell, though.

Why are you guys not mentioning anything about the kids grandparents not being allowed in the courtroom throughout the trial?
The usual law about those who are going to testify are not allowed in the courtroom until they ave given their testimony.. that was different in the Murdough trial as the witnesses could sit and listen to all testimony.
I thought the judge hadn’t decided yet… my understanding the ruling would be made by the start of the trial.
@@Mataylor17 They are extremely upset about it and hired an attorney. They feel it’s all Lori’s doings! I don’t know how unless her attorney started it. I hope the attorney finds a way to get them in but without a chance of it breaking any rights that could possibly help Lori someway. She is so happy getting away from the death penalty!!
@@CrystalKat it doesn’t sound like it at all when you hear the grandparents talk about it. They said they were told this on Wednesday and they immediately same day got an attorney.

So much info out there but I so hope that is true. We know V. Daybell would not be as comfortable or FREE to do that! Kay and Larry would have only love surrounding them! ❤❤
