    Honestly it felt good to get on the ground and wrench on a machine again! What a fun job!

      There is a lot of that in this industry unfortunately. People value the Kardashians more than the people who make their roads. It’s weird tbh

    I like this guy ! Him and Tyson should be the face of most of the videos.
    I like the milling guy as well , but these 2 are very fun to watch and listen too. The enthusiasm is awesome !
    One day I'll be able to afford a flight to Texas to meet the team! :)

    You guys need IBC totes as a coolant mixing area and pipe in hose runs to each machine. Only thing is to not start a coolant fill before lunch or breaks because you will at some point forget that you are pumping in coolant and when you return, 1/2 the shop is flooded LOL!!

    Do you also use Blaser Synergy 735 with this machine? In my experience, brass parts and brass connections/distributors oxidize with it.

    What we do when we level machines we just take two phones. Make a messenger video call with one of the phones camera looking at the level

    A ball valve on the drum before you tip it on its side will save you the mess. I think Titan can afford one.

    1:25 Wtf are you talking about here?? Do some machines not have those features independent of each other?
    I thought it was standard to have rapid and feedrate separate.

    • @donniehinske
      @donniehinske 5 месяцев назад +3

      LOTS of machines don’t separate those. It’s why I was shocked

    You must get tired of unboxing all those new machines after a while lol. Most of us it's a once every so many years, you guys it's a couple times a week. That was about 300 dollars of coolant on the floor 😆
