I like this guy ! Him and Tyson should be the face of most of the videos. I like the milling guy as well , but these 2 are very fun to watch and listen too. The enthusiasm is awesome ! One day I'll be able to afford a flight to Texas to meet the team! :)
You guys need IBC totes as a coolant mixing area and pipe in hose runs to each machine. Only thing is to not start a coolant fill before lunch or breaks because you will at some point forget that you are pumping in coolant and when you return, 1/2 the shop is flooded LOL!!
1:25 Wtf are you talking about here?? Do some machines not have those features independent of each other? I thought it was standard to have rapid and feedrate separate.
You must get tired of unboxing all those new machines after a while lol. Most of us it's a once every so many years, you guys it's a couple times a week. That was about 300 dollars of coolant on the floor 😆
I do it myself sometimes because it’s what I used to do at my old job and it makes for good content. I would feel weird making videos where I just WATCH everyone else work 😂
Honestly it felt good to get on the ground and wrench on a machine again! What a fun job!
bet it was refreshing 😂
Giving some proper love to the riggers. Those guys are definitely under appreciated
There is a lot of that in this industry unfortunately. People value the Kardashians more than the people who make their roads. It’s weird tbh
@@donniehinske People are very unaware these days, it's alarming.
Best personality for teaching
I like a man who knows what he is doing, but is not infallible.

Just wiggle it just a little bit
Donnie great play as always
Titans of CNC keep BOOMING
Nice job Donnie, love to see that machine running 💪
It is nice to see Polish accent 😎 interesting machine btw. 🍻
Excellent video I hope we will see bar feeder installation most problematic thing for swiss. Also those lines for oil on main are gold.
VIS made in Poland ❤🔥 Precision
"There are a few dangerous parts if tha's not sealed, ok nevermind dont put that in the video" kkkkk thanks for the learning
Whenever someone says "Don't put that in the video", make sure to put it in the video.
A drink for every time he hoses himself during the making of a video haha...floor

have you thought about put video call with two phones while you twisting screws instead of walking 10 times 😛
Leveling a small machine is a joke, it's too easy, amazing machine, can't wait to see it cutting
Do you also use Blaser Synergy 735 with this machine? In my experience, brass parts and brass connections/distributors oxidize with it.
He mentioned Blassomill GT15 in an earlier comment 👍
Please do more Content wirh swisstype and SolidCam
What we do when we level machines we just take two phones. Make a messenger video call with one of the phones camera looking at the level
Is it possible to make titanium bolts from standard bolts?
Cool machine. What do you think of the Traub sliding head lathes? I love triple turret TNX65 but i haven't used their swiss lathes
It's simple! I see swiss = insta like
Muito bom ! 😂
running the machine on synergy 735 instead of oil?
It’s Blassomill GT15
What’s everybody’s Thoughts on the citizen l220 ?
That’s going to be challenging to find parts to demonstrate utilizing all the machine’s capabilities on a single part.
I wonder how many Red Bulls Donnie consumes every day.......😄
Make some money with that one 😜
A ball valve on the drum before you tip it on its side will save you the mess. I think Titan can afford one.
😁😁😁
1:25 Wtf are you talking about here?? Do some machines not have those features independent of each other?

LOTS of machines don’t separate those. It’s why I was shocked
Potentially stupid question. What would be the vertical mill equivalent to a tornos Swiss machine?? Is there even a vertical mill equivalent?
Rick would disagree with that absolute level.

We love making cool videos showing many different types of machines and products.
It's not a real Donny vid if there isn't some sort of fluid getting on him
Don’t get it, you buy an expensive machine and still have to do all the set up? Should have bought a Tsugami they do all the set up for you.
We just did it ourselves to make the video😁
If you buy used it's nice to know how to set stuff up

Tsugami sucks
Basic of CNC machines for the beginners
