Look for the blessings first thing to set your brain on seeing the good. That has helped my anxiety so much because instead of thinking about that, I’m telling God thank you for the good things. For a long time I felt guilty having mental health issues because people would tell me I’m just not praying enough, or I don’t go to church, and that’s why I have these problems. I learned that’s not true at all. Seeking a doctors help has changed my life for the better. Not saying God can’t heal everything wrong with us, but sometimes His plan for healing involves using other people to help us…and maybe somehow we too are being used to help others💗💗Keep on shining!
I'm currently on a hunt for chairs too! & They are expensive!😬 The chairs that we have are looking pretty bad! Our table is still holding up which is good! 🤗 This video is perfect for today! I need to wash curtains.. i havent done it in a while..😬 vaccum the sofas...and today is the second day of finishing washing bed sheets! The laundry system where everyone has their own basket is how I operate. It's always worked really well for me. And when they start learning to do their own laundry they are already set up to do it. I hope it works for you 😊.

I’m so excited about the new laundry system if I can ever get it started😂 I get so close and then fall terribly behind and have to wash LOADS and loads to get it caught up. I’m planning on teaching the boys how to do their laundry this summer. I know they’ll be able to do it :). Thank you so much!
