5:06 I'm going to have a nerdfest here - in 2014 Audi used a flywheel hybrid first conceived by Wiliams F1. It slows under braking then speeds up during acceleration, and it makes the electrics sound much louder than their competitors. I've listened to the Audi R18 onboards for hours (don't judge, the diesel is relaxing) and the flywheel makes for some nice sounds. Chain Bear goes into detail about this 'batteryless hybrid' better than I can.
Chic were a 70s pop group…big hit was a song called Le Freak……so giving us lyrics in the song like Le Freak , c’est chic , probably used in endless commercials. The founder of Chic Nile Rodgers is a songwriter/ Producer who has worked with Everyone…. Diana Ross in 70s David Bowie & Mick Jagger 80s Madonna in 90s Lady Gaga on the 2000s and Beyonce post 2000 & worked with huge bands over the last 50 yrs selling over 500 million albums
I've been playing rr3 since mid/late 2015 and these kind of events bring back memories. I'm a lot better but I did miss some good ol' bot managing and "guessing" req. VP. Thank you for helping us all understanding each and every aspect of this game!
I decided to do this event without any bot slowing. It could come back to bite me but I wanted a challenge. I'll keep updated. The 2015 LMP1's are aero grip somewhat similar to the F14 T or MP4-X, it does not have the sensitive steering those old F1 cars do, but similar grip characteristics where there's much lower grip in low speed corners, higher grip in high speed corners, and harsh engine braking like you showed. On the time trials, there shouldn't be any time trial goals that would come back to bite you like you described. There will be a time trial at Le Mans on Stage 8.2 which will require you to lap within 3:10. Shouldn't be an issue for most as an FU'd car can do 2:30 and stock should be able to do around or lower than 2:50. These time trials are like career time trials that are just embedded within an event. I've seen time trials in events such as One on 1 or Path of Defiance that I got to as soon as possible and got credited for beating I time I may have set in 2017 or 2020 in a previous running of the event.
I decided to just maintain my bots’ difficulty despite missing one engine upgrade and one brake upgrade on my AUDI, just in case things get really tough in later stages. I really want that VP and gold! 😁
I often run races with no brakes just to see if I can do it without going off track. What I’ve found is that the better the grip, the shorter the car coasts after you let up on the throttle. Grippy cars like Formula 1, the Valkyrie and the MP4-X stop very quickly, and slippery cars coast for a long time before stopping. I know, just a “who cares” bit of trivia…. 🤪
I had a thought on this today while running stage 7 of the Pursuit of Victory event, where they increased “downforce” to make the car faster in the curves. With grippy cars maybe that’s what they do - common sense would tell you that if the car has more downforce, it wouldn’t coast as far as a car with less downforce. Thus, if a car like the MP4-X with a lot of downforce is released to coast, it’s not going to go very far. Conversely, if a slippery car with less downforce is released to coast, it’s going to travel much farther before stopping. Does that make any sense?
Hi ME7. I've always wondered what does it mean when it says "class R, M4" for a car on the race screen right before a race starts? Also It's always so cool to see you race and talk about new strategies and tips! Thank you for being the voice and backbone of this community! You rock Man!😎👍
If you go to this link, you will see every car there isn’t a game. Click on a car and it opens a screen that breaks down what the code means for each car. The answer Khan gave is correct. Interesting that the 2014 Audi was four-wheel-drive while the 2015 Audi was rear wheel drive.
@@ME7_RR3the hybrid system on the 2015 r18 sends the power to the front wheels when accelerating and the combustion engine powered the rear wheels, so I quess they didn’t want to implement it and just kept it as rwd
Hey ME7, I really appreciate your videos they are very helpful to me, Unusually I like to see what PR I need to complete the car's career series and I upgrade them accordingly like in this car's case I need 96 PR to complete it's series and this car's upgrades aren't that much expensive except last 3 engine upgrades which cost 635 gold, so I don't think we should avoid upgrades
I'm upgrading the car asap That's what i do everytime i test new cars in RR3. But in this event, when i want to test again this R18 Just go to the first tier of Endurance legend. 😊
I don't think autocross is the fastest way of bots slowing. I would think quitting and retrying races that auto fail you if you don't win would be faster as you don't have to complete the event for it to slow down bots.
Yes, that’s completely true. In a lot of the more modern events, it won’t let you do quit retry very often. But for this one that’s going to be the fastest way.
I'm actually curious is there actually a hidden recommend PR in the event but it just doesn't show I remember when I was playing Reign Supreme a few months ago, both my original account and my new account had done bot slowing, however my new account with 0 upgrades can't slow the bots down in the final stages while my new account has 20 upgrades can still slow them in the final stage
Maybe that one had hidden PR. This one doesn’t seem to. Mind you there are some races. I can’t slow down, but even in an average cup race, I can just quit and re-try to get slower and slower opponents.
For all cars it’s the same process. First they have to buy a license, which means the manufacturer or racing organization has to want to sell a license. then they go back-and-forth with designs and once that is settled, they can actually released the car in the game. Sometimes another racing game already has an exclusive license so there’s nothing they can do. I don’t know the particulars of this situation for the Ferrari, that gets into legal stuff so they won’t share that with me. It also takes a long time to make a new car, so it might actually be in the works.
That’s actually a very difficult question to answer… but I do have one for you😃. It completely depends on which cars you have and how many upgrades you have. So then recommending a handful of races isn’t helpful. However, here is a link (at bottom) to a page that shows the highest paying races. All of them pay well over R$ 10,000. If you don’t have access to any of these, then your best bet is to drive an endurance race using either clock management are endless endurance techniques, depending on the cars you have, and your abilities. Again, that opens up many more conversations. rr3.fandom.com/wiki/RR3_Wiki:Most_Profitable_Races If none of those help you, here’s another link that shows the best paying raise for every single series. M$ races are included, so just ignore those ones. rr3.fandom.com/wiki/Best_Races_per_Series

You might avoid them while waiting for sales but as for the '88 Group C cars I had to wait like 6 years to get them on sale 😅
RR3 makes me feel nostalgic I started to make hcr2 content and my channel did blew up more then i expected.Should I come back for RR3?

I have noticed that sometimes you are to try and beat your own time in a time trial. Does happen but not so often these days.

Why didn't they put ferrari 24h endurance car in the game? and there's no event for it too? The latest ferrari endurance car the one that they win

Next.
Can i win this if i missed a day?
Yes, but you will have to do the stage you missed and the next stage one after each other.
@@J-M784 ah i see, that's fine, thank you!
@@J-M784 actually, i think i just started it a day later rather than skipping a day
Then you have nothing to be worried about. You should have started on the day you missed, to be honest.
