Chanting hleem an hour a day has been having a profound effect on my music that is my life. I can physically hear crackles in my brain when I do them. Your teachings have changed my entire existence. This is so true that Grace is always flowing our only work is to be available to it to be receptive to it, initially we forget this most of the time but with practice it so happens during dark times there's something inside that tells let go , god is inside don't fear everything is okay. It's all in the mind, the more I study about how mind works subconscious and conscious mind , repetition is the key, if one forgets it's okay but there must be a repetition going on that simply trains the subconscious mind. After sometimes positive results are seen.
I want to understand what is to be still, as still as Shiva.
It’s a question of where is your awareness on the physicality of life or on the feeling of divine it’s easy to be confused and your attention taken away let go of all distractions there is only one source of energy Focus inwardly not outwardly use all of your senses to scan your body learn to interpret all the feelings all the energies running through you this is true information

My teacher Guruji Amritananda believed in allowing them to be freely available and practiced. . You can see his videos online and practice with him. What Initiation does is transmit the lineage's energy to you and that will enhance your progress.

How do you practice sadhana in daily life? Doing 9 to 5 job, there is hardly any life left in one at the end of the day. Even tho one wishes to leave rat race and follow sadhana, it's not possible to do so due to one's duties. Curious to know what others do to being spiritual practices in their busy life.🙏
When you become the observer through meditation all of life becomes Sadhana
