I just spent 2 hours watching this to learn that "packages can help my business" without learning how. Why did you spend the 2 hours telling us all it can help instead of actually using the tool and showing us how to actually use it? Malcolm you seem like a great guy, and obviously talented when it comes to coding; however it seems that articulating what your product does in a thorough and comprehensive manner may not necessarily be your strongest attribute. You really need to employ someone that can because if this business does solely rely on you as you said (you are a 1 man band), I feel that you will lose/miss out on a lot of sales merely due to lack of clarity and clear instruction on how to actually use packages. As much as we appreciate you for what you do, if we cannot actually use it understand your product, it's pretty much irrelevant and many will be left with little choice but to skip and or refund if already purchased. I'm routing for you but you need to help us with clear tutorials showing EXACTLY how to build complex packages so we can learn and build these for our own business. I wish you luck, sir.
Yes I felt to he is a talented coder but seem to be very stingy when it comes to spending on marketing he could simply hire people to promote his products or any agency that make nice explainers videos, tutorials and so on but he won't do it at all

He is a developer, and a good one at that, and not a salesman or customer service representative (this is evident on this live he did as he couldn't explain anything thoroughly or analytically so people would understand, and this is not a dig, just a fact). How is he going to get new customers and generate revenue after ltd if he can't even explain the product to people that want to buy the product? I saw many people complain they didn't understand the product. He creates a live for this reason and doesn't explain how to use the product??? No real in-depth demo that shows how and why he's doing what he does. When people ask how to use it and what purpose it serves to businesses, he just says it's a good product that can help your business. Like we didn't know that already... The question is: "how?". It's a serious red flag and likely means his business will be stifled by his flawed business model that relies solely on one person. EVERY one of his customers will be relying and waiting on him to create their custom packages since they don't have any knowledge or in-depth tutorials on how to build them. The queue for waiting to have a package built will likely be months out. How is this even viable? To make matters worse, he is promoting a limited time ltd offer that ends soon knowing 99% of his potential customer base has no idea how to use his product.

Someone asked- how is this different from Zapier or Make. The response was - its different. It complements Make. That answer didn't clarify anything. Still unclear on what this tool does. I'm 59 minutes in and I still don't see how this helps the wellness coach that was the first example. Went to a calendar and jumped to another topic... I've purchased from you before. Many of us don't understand what this does to buy again.
The only reason I think it is a good product is because you made it and so far I can say that your products are reliable and this one would be no exception. Now from there to understanding how to use it, that's another thing. I think you should try to get someone else to explain the use of the product.

All we get is "It can help your business grow." Malcolm, please make a video how to use it. And when asked questions, answer them.
This is a really old video. There are 60 videos on how to use it, explore the youtube channel. Packages is browser automation. Will start doing weekly lives. What do you want to build?
