Nice video, thanks. As a S Corp, I've filled out an Exempt Payee Code in Section 4 with a "5". The instructions say "a corporation" is exempt (Code 5), and this is a valid code. I suppose since you're marking your classification in the previous section, the exemption is inherent, so there isn't a need to fill section 4 out if this is your only exemption.

I'm not an information security expert, but I understand the point here is that we have no control over the security of the internet connection on the end of the recipient to whom we are sending our secure information. If you Google "securely send files" you will find several good options. Our firm uses Microsoft SharePoint. I know other firms who use SafeSend, Box, DropBox, ShareFile, Egnyte, and several others. There are a lot of options in this realm of subscription software. You may already subscribe to a product that will allow secure file transfer as a feature.
