Whats the devotion order to get what your doing?

It requires a bunch of refunding. My apologies for not including that in the video! I've found this little app helpful: arctice.github.io/gd-starnav/ You just plug in the desired final constellations and it plots a course, including refunds.
My starting constellations were as follows. A point in yellow at the crossroads lets you take the Crane, a point in green lets you take the Spider, a point in purple lets you take the Empty Throne, and a point in blue lets you take the Sailor's Guide. From there I was able to build it out fairly easily, gradually refunding all of the above except the Crane. Completing the Kraken and Behemoth will get you all the red points you need.
Mine was not the most efficient path points-wise, but I took those constellations because they're good for leveling. Empty Throne, for instance, gives aether, chaos, and stun resistance, which are all very hard to come by in the early game. Sailor's guide gives movement speed, also scarce. Spider gives OA, DA, and attack speed.
