After feeling nothing from the straight leg test, I tried this and had strong pain in my left buttock/back of thigh. When I raised my head as the video suggests, the pain went away. I’m aussking that means I have sciatica? Thank you

I'd also suggest palpating your left buttock (checking for tenderness). Pain in the butt and posterior thigh up until the knee can be related to piriformis syndrome. Pain reaching the heel is synonymous with sciatica. Sometimes, sciatic like symptoms are due to piriformis tightness especially if the nerve is passing through the muscle (rare situations).

Go ogle Kenzano Ayb back discomfort guide to find out why it’s beneficial. My severe chronic back pain was basically cured because of it. However it helps me to place on my side or back which will help reduce a few of the muscle spasms. .
