Here in the States we used to race trucks on ovals but I think they were deemed too dangerous. Like Austrailian Super Cars, the trucks are neat to watch on a road course. I think one had an aero advantage with the 5th wheel tilted downward. lol.

@@BlendLineTV It was pretty wild, yeah! Main reason you rarely see them in the US anymore is that they put a lot of wear on the track surface and did some serious damage when they hit the walls, and most short track owners don't really have the money to handle repairs on that scale so they just wouldn't host races.

Wow, imagine being on this track in a regular race car, thinking you have the advantage, and then you watch two 10000lb fire belching trucks just smash each other like animals, then continue on like nothing happened.
