Im very happy to see some positive words about ad mech as most people right now are very negative about them. I know they struggle but still fun to watch and hear. Good game!

Good match, it is worth noting that you might have been using an old version of the Datacards for the AdMech Aircraft as on the published sheets all variants have the Hover ability in the Core section of the Abilities part of the card. .

$60 has one lascannon shot that hits on a coinflip. Thats our best antitank because the neutron laser is pathetic.
@@stuartlittledrowning4965 being outgunned by a single guardsquad with a lascannon and plasma/melta/grenade launcher feels really bad.
Great video btw, loved seeing admech Vs knights. One thing i did want to point out was that you said the archaeopters don't have hover so you deployed them as aircraft which was great to see how difficult that made it. However they do have hover so definitely go for hovering next time

how do knights have limited sight if towering let’s them see through the buildings?
The admech planes definitely have the hover ability
The thing about the objective blocking movement and positioning for models especially larger base. What are you using only the 40 mm objective marker it's a good idea to keep it clear so models can see how close they need to be to be part of holding the objective. But if you're using the objective markers with the radius to show when you're in it then I don't see if an issue. To me it looked like game workshop was trying to keep the game flowing smoothly and just using 40 mm objective markers but I think the secondary markers fix that issue. Plus I do agree people play rule lawyers all the time and use that to their advantage can't kill me because you can't get in touch with me. Matter of fact I just saw a video not too long ago showing how you can keep your models from being assaulted if you keep them close enough to the wall of a ruin that it keeps the other models from getting in base contact even if they roll enough to get to you cuz they cannot fit with inside the space.

Might not have made a difference but the dunecrawler has a 4+ invulnerable now not a 5 so might have taken a few less wounds

Great game. Getting back into Knights after a few years. Mortals are still taken one at a time, so dmg reduction doesn't apply. Still, a great game :)
Was this played with new unreleased 10th Ed points values or still those from 9th?
They've said "these are not 9th points" so presumably they have 10th points but can't reveal them until friday
You keep mentioning that you can "block yourself with X." But you can now mvoe through your own units, so you can not game charges by blcoking your own units charge.

Knights FNP shouldn’t have blocked the rad bombardment at the beginning, the rad is mortal wound but the army ability for knights is only for normal wounds.
Army rules says it’s a 6+ FNP doesn’t specify normal or MW

More just pressure based and model count for engage etc.
I think for bondsman's ability efficiency 3 big 5 small seems more desirable and you can take mythic hero on one to buff 4 armigers in total.

The basic infantry of almost all armies have gone from wounding Armigers on 5s to wounding them on 6s. That's a fine design decision as long as Armigers are costed appropriately for that. Seeing 2 Questoris, 1 Dominus, and 4 Armigers in what I guess is a Strike Force game concerns me, but we will see.
Well the most popular army space marines mostly wounds them on 5s with full wound rerolls rerolling 70% of all dice. That makes the toughness increase alot kess relivant this Ed

@@christopherclayton5500 yes my bad, the battle line infantry of all factions are bad against knights battleline. Space marines are 83% more effective vs knights toughness in general though and i think its going to prevent knights from becoming overwhelmingly Meta

According to the Gw community site, all the points are going up on their site this week anyway. Presumably on Friday, so it won’t be long until the battle reports can share the points costs.

The Preceptor kind of sucks compared to other Knights. It is "cheap" at 375, but its guns and Bondsman ability kind of suck. I'd rather have an Errant.

I kinda find it funny how they massively nerfed one of the most underperforming armies in 9th and buffed everyone else that was sitting in the middle or on top.
