I learned from watching sprayway. Ive been painting my own cars for two years. After you sand, you can spray water and if the water beads or gets hung up in a spot it needs to be sanded more... if should run straight down the panel....

MAAAN! I am sooo glad I found SprayWay when I did! Student in training tapping in again. I'm currently 2 months into bodywork/prep on my Camaro, and the SprayWay lessons have been a blessing! After all this learning/doing, I decided to paint my own car - SprayWay gave me the confidence. Gonna post a pic as soon as I'm finished, but I need another lesson on wet sanding before paint.

By far I don’t come close to the spectacular work you do. But am a scuff pad type and aerosol cans & dry sanding I think it’s my inability to have the patience to sit there and wet sand and to deal with the process that is what sanding is, so plenty of respect to you for being able to wet sand That’s something that mentally I’m not capable of doing. I think I need a project to push me to take up my efforts in regards to painting
