Simon, your calming nature is so uplifting in every way. I often forget I’m learning while watching your content because your energy is so comforting & fun. You’re the “Mr. Rogers” of Tarot.
Toward the end of your video, I caught your comment about how the 1909 is purported to be a replica of the Roses and Lilies but that's hard to prove because there's only like five copies. This is definitely a Roses and Lilies replica. Specifically, it's Saskia Jansen's copy. Saskia's actually the person who turned me onto the 1909, saying C had contacted her to basically ask permission to use the images of her deck and to offer her a copy of the 1909 Art Restoration in thanks.
i dont mean to be so offtopic but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an instagram account?? I stupidly forgot my password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me!
@Jacob Camdyn i really appreciate your reply. I found the site on google and im trying it out atm. Takes a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Jacob Camdyn WTF IT REALLY WORKED! I literally got access to my ig password after roughly 30 minutes of using the site. Had to pay 15$ but for sure worth the price :) Thanks so much, you saved my account!
Hello everyone! Has someone actually used this deck continuously? Is it lasting? I bought a deck from another printer but the edges have begun to damage/ruin after some shuffling… what a pity and a waste of money! Thanks 😊
So I guess we need a 1909 Art Restoration tin then? LOL!!! I'll get right on that. What do you think? The Blue Roses and Lilies motif with the logo centralized? The pattern is a bit busy to see text clearly. Maybe I can work the maroon into a text field or something. I'll grab my deck on my lunch period and scan out the necessary bits and get to playing.
Haha, when you unwrapped the blue bag I was like "oh crap, a moth"!! Giveaway time? ;) I'd love a comparison between the 1909 and your Blushing Fool or the AG Muller - the yellow looks super highlighter neon?
Compared to the Study Deck, the yellows in the Art Restoration do look very neon, don't they? I swear they aren't. The Study Deck yellows are more "butter" and the art restoration more "daffodil." But the daffodil is a very pretty yellow and no where near the crazy intensity of a currently printed Rider deck.
@@melissazupan6026 Yeah, it's so hard to compare on camera vs. in person. That's part of the reason I'm hoping you'll do an AG Muller comparison with the 1909 - side by sides make it a bit easier.
I’m in awww this is a dream come true 🕊 I always wanted to see a restoration of the 1909 so beautiful 😍 I’m in heaven. Do you also have the link to the make my playing cards with the crackle deck pretty please 🙏 I gotta have both lmao 😂 I’m in heaven 💖🕊
Really good video Simon, and I must agree with many comments I see - you have such a calming presence, it’s soothing to be in your, albeit virtual, presence. Thank you for what you do 🙏🏻 On-topic: when it comes to the originals - now that you have the Roses & Lilies and Pam A from Conrad Steyn, the study deck, and the 1909 Art Restoration deck, with which one(s) out of those lies your preference? Or if you can’t speak in preferences, which one(s) do you feel most connected to, or do you reach for the most? I’d be interested to know.
Hi Simon. I began watching VRs and Lives on your channel for several weeks now and I'd like to say they have been immensely enjoyable and informative. Wow, those walkthroughs make me feel like a little kid opening presents on Christmas Day and the visits to Glastonbury Tor were magic. Although not specific to this latest video, I have heard you mention that you conduct morning intention and evening reflection readings. Would it dumb your audience if you could show newbies like me what those daily spreads look like? Or have I missed a talk on the subject in the playlist?
@@the_hermits_cave You spoke about your morning and evening readings on the 'Tarot for Self-Development,' segment of Tarathon 2018. I realise now a practice does not need to be formulaic as such. It can be fluid and more authentic when I allow intuition to guide me in that moment. I really enjoyed listening to the talk with your audience on your personal life experiences with spiritual growth and practices that work for you. Thank you for keeping the channel for viewing well after the recording.
I’m looking to buy my first RWS deck. I love the packs in your video but they are only available in the US. I would prefer to purchase from the UK to avoid import charges and get cheaper delivery. Which deck would you recommend? I am so confused by the many different packs available on Amazon. I am currently bingeing your videos. Love them.

Only just seen this as it was in my ‘Held for review’ folder. No idea why!
And now I’ve seen the tin and it’s amazing!

By far Conrad Steyn’s Roses and Lillies and Pam A…. Love, love, love them!
@@the_hermits_cave Great to know, thanks for answering my question 🌹
Does anyone know why the study deck isn’t available anymore on MPC?

I did cover it, I thinking it’s on my day in the life video. I’ll see if I can locate it

How do you shoot overhead videos?
With my phone attached to a bendy arm 😊
Is it only me or images are off-centered?
