Jesse, I wholeheartedly hope you read this. I am the father of a 5 year old non verbal autistic son named Carter. This video isn’t even halfway done and these lovely ladies and yourself have given me a whole new view to consider and honestly I am very intrigued. My son shows so many of the same tendencies as the kids mentioned…..this gives me hope. This gives me warmth…..thank you for this.

I am a Bus Driver and I shuttle special needs children. I stumbled across this video, watched 1/2 and then did my afternoon run. I went on to have an experience with one of my “trouble”kids. We kept it going and he was the BEST behaved he’s been since I started driving him. He kept 👀 👀 at me like “you understand me?”” and I just smiled and nodded my head. When we got to his house I said “Yes little sir, I get it”. He smiled so bright 🥹 I wish more people had the patience and believed in the extra. It is absolutely real! ❤️

My 8 year old son is non-verbal autistic. They said his I.Q. is 37, and I almost started laughing in the meeting. When he was 3 years old, I took him to urgent care because he had a fever. The television in the waiting room had news on it. He didn't want to watch the news, so he did something with an app on his tablet and changed what was on the television to his favorite movie, which at the time was Trolls. People started looking around to see who was changing the channel. I pointed to my son, and they were shocked. His I.Q. is not 37. He's absolutely brilliant.

I don't know what I'm about to say means anything, but I have a son that was born with Muscular Dystrophy and severe cognitive impairment (he is also non-verbal). He is 20 years old, but tests out to have mind of a 4 or 5 year old. Anyway, this Jesse Michaels podcast is the first I'm hearing of The Telepathy Tapes and I am blown away. So, when my son came home from his transition school today I simply asked him if he knows what the hill is. He immediately produced one of the biggest smiles I have seen on him and he proceeded to give me a big bear hug and made the sounds he makes when he is happy and excited. So, when he pulled back after about ten seconds of hugging, I asked him, "so, you know about the hill?" Again, a big smile from ear to ear and he nodded yes. Since, this telepathy study in autistic kids is new to me, I don't know what to really think about my son's reaction right now. I guess I will listen to all of The Telepathy Tapes and keep testing my son. Maybe he has the ability and maybe he doesn't. We'll see.

My constructed knowledge of Autism is that it is atypical neurodevelopment, some neural pathways develop to be stronger or weaker than ‘normal’, so what if telepathy is just another human sense that some Autistic individuals develop stronger neural pathways for than you would find in neurotypical people! A lot of us neurodivergent folk speak of our ‘spicy’ senses, which may be a lower level of this same ability! Some animals have telepathy, a pet dog of a family I used to work for as a nanny, always knew when their owner was coming home and would sit by the front door 15 minutes before their return, even though they were miles away by car and there was no set pattern to their homecoming.

The next step to human evolution. You can do it now. You just have to believe in it enough. You have to believe in yourself and in your body, in your soul and in your inner child. Creates all sorts of contraptions and machines and gadgets, remembers the most minute detail of everything, can create anything into an artistic expression that just bewilders me with how exquisite and complex yet simple it can be. One doctor said to my wife and I, the one doctor that didn't treat him different or pretend to pity us because he also had a high functioning daughter, that their brains are processing so much, so fast, that the rest of us(society) cant keep up, so we label it as a disability because we have yet to fully understand their potential. I hid it as well, gaslighting abuse from narcissistic father with complicit mother. My brain broke into multiple pieces, and I can't access most of "us". There's savantism in there, the mind-blowing responses I'll hear from people I cannot access in faster time than I have access to think. Some already think I'm a savant, as getting a chemistry degree with multiple Dean's list achievements while slacking off was easy. But that's just a fraction of what I could do if my mind was whole.
The hill seems so familiar, but so blocked, like a locked door with stolen keys. The idea that a parent would trust a child's observations seems more mystical than any esoteric practice I've ever heard of, and it makes me a bit angry...a real angry that isn't just reflecting my parents' fighting.

It's like they're yelling it out but nobody else can hear it. I've been able to do this since I was a kid, took me forever to figure out they weren't my emotions. I hate going out in public too often because I can feel all of it, shutting everyone out takes a lot of energy. Anyone else have that experience?

Yes I experience this. The most challenging aspect is I know what someone is feeling or thinking, but they are resisting it and if I share they get annoyed with me. It’s tricky b/c also my own stuff could be intersecting with their emotions. I am learning to trust the “funny feelings” I get, and when I get them I ask my body is this mine or theirs? If I get it’s theirs and feels okay I will ask are you okay, and often then they will share they are going through something difficult. I also can tune into animals, and sometimes peoples loved ones come to me to deliver messsges or people’s body’s. It’s a lot and I have learned to have boundaries around this stuff and only do it when it feels aligned and is for free and I feel resourced enough to do it.

I am an autistic adult with two autistic children. We can show each other things with our minds no matter where we are or how far apart. Communication is difficult but sending an image or "gif" is very helpful. While we try to explain something that is very hard for us to articulate into meaningful words, when the listener sees the image or gif they can say, "I got it!" and begin describing a bit of what they witnessed. Suddenly we are all on the same page with the same information. I should note that my aunt and I used to do this as a game when I was little. We often got really loud storms living in the rural valley between two huge mountains & it was a way to entertain each other when we needed to have the electricity off. Edited to add, in situations when we are freaked out, scared, stressed, etc. the images are faster, even more clear, and often more like gifs. In our minds or bodies, we need help right now & that sort of urgency especially with fear or "need" emotions or thoughts the information is often sent without us realizing we're bombarding the other with information & images. I should also note that I go nonverbal when I am very upset or scared. It isn't a choice; I can't speak to ask for help so I have a silicone bracelet (outside is green & inside is red) I have to wear to signal to helpers if I'm suddenly not okay by flipping my bracelet inside out to the red side. I aslo have an app in my phone called "Tell Me" that I can type what I need to say into it & it uses a human sounding voice to speak for me.

I do this with my mom as well. You can actively develop this as a skill….it also has no limit in regard to distance. If you think of a person, you are reaching much further into their mental space than you think. As a teen I had someone, every time they called on the phone, I knew a few moments before that they were about to call me. With this study, it seems they focused on people who have less “noise” in their minds, but this is a universal human trait that can be developed.

Also….there’s energy there, feeling. You can get immediate emotional responses, or can have an emotion come to you, a good thought or a good prayer, reach you instantly from someone else. The opposite is also true- you can receive bad energy so you have to be aware of what’s coming to you and strengthen your thoughts. It’s bad to be absent minded because anything can come right in.

I have a friend who has an autistic child who has telepathic abilities. I didn't believe it at first but over the course of 6 months I had my mind blown as my friend (and his AMAZING son, Eric) time and time again proved to me that YES, telepathy IS UNDENIABLY REAL!
EVERY time I had a number, a color, an object, a WORD, in my mind, Eric told his father EXACTLY what I was thinking. When I said to myself in my head "Holy SHIT!" Eric said "No cussing!"
These autistic folks are TRULY special people.

How did it take you 6 months to be convinced after somebody read numbers in your mind? Wouldn't that convince you of telepathy within 2 or 3 different numbers? I think you guys got lost in semantics. She said. She didn’t believe it at first. So. At first is the key words here. Not 6 months. At first does not mean 6 months. At first could mean 2 days. 3 days. Who knows if she thought she could tell the first time it happened like was that a fluke. Then days go by not seeing the kid. Say. Kid that time doesn’t do it. But then another time the kid does. Then she starts to question. Wait. What? Is this really happening? You know what I mean? That’s what I feel she meant. It feels right.

I’m sitting here with tears in my eyes because of the incredible amount of similarities of these kids and my autistic son when he was much younger. He “knew” my great grandfather whom I was very close to before his death, which was exactly a year, a month, and a day before my son’s birth. My son was three when he picked up his first biology textbook and began reading along with me, and at this age began his collection of stones of all sorts. My son and I still share dreams & thoughts, often singing the same random song we have in our heads from one another, and have shared many premonitions. Thank you for sharing this, Jesse! There are almost ALWAYS group meet ups, hangouts, game nights, events, and plenty of other activities that you can visit before hosting your own evening. Getting to know the community beforehand is extremely important for everyone's comfort, most especially the parents/guardian and family/friends. I was fairly smart growing up. But i think it blows you out if you don’t make sure your heart follows. There’s only a certain level of intelligence you can get to if you are emotionally closed off.
      Believe people outside of yourself.
So many people believe themselves over not just someone else… but everyone else.
We will get nowhere this way.
If there is any message being delivered by anything beyond… it’s to open up and listen to people again. I think the internet could have been an ability to connect and speed this process up.
But it was co-opted and overrun by narcissists and similar things.
Now we are all so individualistic. And stuck. It’s not a coincidence.

That’s why anti intellectualism is such an evil tactic in indoctrination.
The moment Trump implemented anti intellectualism everyone pertaining to his cult of personality that was already hooked onto his narrative and very susceptible to the disinformation, it only galvanized the cognitive biases that make it so difficult to reason with them and convince a genuine objective critical analysis of their beliefs & the fundamental things they use to justify and rationalize them. Causing people to distrust using critical thinking entirely is the most effectively destructive thing that can be done. The delusion they’re invested in becomes impossible to overcome. I’m 26/27 and I had underestimated propaganda my whole life. I thought at worst it was just a nuisance, then last few years the disinformation has gotten to the point where people are completely detached from reality living in delusion and operating by using subjective beliefs as foundation for reality instead of basing their framework on prioritizing objective facts above all else then taking from subjective opinion by weighing it against objective facts using logic (critical thinking).
Things are just people judging what they decide that objective reality is by imposing subjective beliefs as objective fact using nothing but their opinion which were built by filtering everything through the cognitive bias framework.
To think people claim that Mike pence is a traitor for not breaking an oath to push fraudulent votes illegally knowingly.
The fact Rudy was caught lying time and time again and recorded asking people to look for & make up things that can be qualified as election fraud to invalidate the election results.
If you just look at all the evidence available to the public it is objective fact that they knew they were lying and trying to coerce people to join their election fraud scheme to stay in power but instead proof is discredited. How? Because the anti intellectualism that was pushed aggressively during Covid has solidified willing ignorance. Yes the WHO made mistakes but ppl turned minor mistakes that happen to everybody into ammo & justification for the most insane conspiracies nonstop until this shit was normalized.
I mean 5G towers causing Covid and Covid injections being mind/population control ? The fact these conspiracies end up contradicting themselves every time are brushed aside thanks to anti intellectualism.
Trump is a hero and Covid is bad and pro vax advocates are the enemy ?
Then Trump Turbo charges the Vaccine and takes it and tells everyone the same thing officials did except it is wayyyyyy deep into the chaos of negligence during a world pandemic. So both sides Trump is a failure, he opposed taking action when needed to prevent the damage to people and economy and infrastructure, then went back on those same principles abandoning the deulison he was propagating and basically went 20x harder on doing what he was supposed to in the beginning.
Anti vax ppl in 2025 still say he’s the good guy despite The vaccine being available thanks to him relenting his stubborn idiocy and putting everything at his disposal to get that vaccine to everyone as fast as he can to mitigate the damage he caused before it got to a point of complete collapse.
      Cognitive dissonance.
This nation is doomed. Facts don’t matter. People are either too skeptical and ignore possibilities or too open minded and get led astray into a fabricated delusion that is manipulated by ppl with an agenda.
      We are fucked

I want to believe in these claims, but I’ve been fooled before, and that’s why science exists-to prove or disprove things and remove the grey area. The videos of non-verbal autistic kids guessing cards or numbers are compelling, but they aren’t proof-they’re evidence. Even then, there are many ways they could be faked, even if it seems unlikely.
For something to be scientifically proven, it needs rigorous testing under controlled conditions. For example:
      • Physical separation: Participants should be isolated so there’s no chance of subtle signals or cues being exchanged.
      • Randomized conditions: Targets (like numbers or cards) should be generated and controlled by independent third parties, so there’s no way to cheat.
      • Double-blinding: Neither the participants nor the testers should know the targets in advance, eliminating unconscious cues or influence.
      • Faraday cages: To block any wireless communication or interference.
      • Audits and monitoring: To ensure there are no hidden devices or tricks in the environment.
The scientific method exists for a reason: it’s designed to remove bias, error, and manipulation. It works like this:
      1. Hypothesis: Someone claims telepathy exists.
      2. Testing: Experiments are designed to test this claim under controlled conditions.
      3. Replication: Independent researchers must replicate the results to confirm they weren’t a fluke.
      4. Peer review: Experts analyze the results to ensure no mistakes, fraud, or errors occurred.
This process is strict because history shows that many extraordinary claims fall apart when tested. Take Uri Geller, for example. He seemed to have telepathic and psychokinetic powers, bending spoons and reading minds on TV. But when tested under controlled conditions by scientists like James Randi, he couldn’t replicate his abilities-they only worked when he controlled the environment.
Even honest people can unintentionally deceive themselves or others. For instance, faith healers have used hidden microphones or planted audience members to give the appearance of miraculous abilities.
Science also requires extraordinary evidence for extraordinary claims. For example, if someone said they built a car that runs on water, we’d demand rigorous testing to ensure there’s no hidden fuel source or trickery. Videos and anecdotes wouldn’t be enough-we’d need proof that stands up under scrutiny.
A good example of how to approach extraordinary claims is Dr. Gary Nolan’s research. He studied people who claimed alien contact and found measurable differences in their brains-specifically in the caudate-putamen region. His findings showed a statistically significant correlation between brain structures and unusual experiences. While this doesn’t prove aliens, it provides strong evidence that something measurable is happening, and it was peer-reviewed and replicated.
This is why the videos of telepathy, while fascinating, aren’t enough. They need to be tested under rigorous conditions to eliminate all other possibilities. Until then, they remain interesting but unproven. Science isn’t about dismissing claims-it’s about removing doubt so we know for sure. Without that, even the most convincing evidence can crumble under closer scrutiny.

I don’t have Austism, but the adhd is for sure there, I say to people it’s like tuning into radio stations too, or like having 500 tabs open on your computer, all playing videos at once, and it feels inSANE to say, but it’s the easiest way to explain it. I have synesthesia, so I perceive colours and sensations with certain types of music, or numbers and letters etc. I sometimes hear conversations in my head that aren’t mind and I tune in half way through it, louder and louder until I’m like ‘wait what is this about this time?’ And it’s like in that moment I lose it.
I often feel so overwhelmed, and as I’ve gotten older and had a lot of life experience it’s gotten more intense. Which is hard, as an extrovert. To suddenly feel this sense of social anxiety and overwhelm sometimes.
This all feels so validating. And it’s a sense of relief for me that other people are on the same wavelength as I.

My son is 4 years old non verbal autistic boy. Me and his mother both have trouble understanding him but it’s like he knows exactly what we’re thinking. Whenever he is doing something I don’t want him to do I’ll typically debate when to get up and stop him from it. Usually when I do this he stops. As though I have gotten on to him. We have tested this and he does it almost every time. Though we can’t understand how he does it we encourage it. He may not speak but he is so so SO gifted and smart. It can be very overwhelming but none the less worth it. We love him so so much. This is very eye opening. And makes me feel good knowing that I’m not the only parent going through this. This is amazing. ❤

The phenomenon we call telepathy is basic to humans.
Many of us lost the capability, abeit temporarily.
I am now just getting to know that persons who we classify as "Autistic" retain this capability.
Explaining this scientifically is currently beyond the capabilities of known science. The Physics which will eventually be able to explain this as simply as arithmetics is outside of the physics of spacetime.
Interestingly, there are physicists in the US who are hot in research into physics beyond spacetime such as the group led by Prof Nima Arkani-Hammed of the Institute of Advance Studies, Princeton.
Well, while we are awaiting their research findings, I am glad that you have a way to communicate with your child.
      But also be careful.
I cannot exactly know how well these persons have retained this human capability. If they are very good, it literally means that they know what you think at all times. Please, bear this in mind.

In esoteric literature, especially from Anthroposophy and Theosophy (Steiner and Blavatski) the "seating of the soul" into the physical body is a process that is explored a lot and I also came to the same conclusion when listening to the Telepathy Tapes. Its the Aspraxia they have (not being fully in their bodies) which is key here IMO.

Just being a responsible skeptic here. Google hans the clever horse. Not saying these kids arent telepathic, just saying that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Mothers and families need to be outside of the room, not visible to the individual being tested. Hans the clever horse was a horse that could count, add, divide, subtract, answer basic history questions, etc. or, "supposedly" he could..what hans was actually doing was paying attention to the behavior or his handler to determine the answer. When hans was unable to see his handler he could no longer perform math, because, he was never perfoming math to begin with. Families must be outside the room, and unable to he seen, heard, or felt, by the individuals being tested.

yes. People want to believe and this is a very positive message. It is a great feeling to "belong" to this group and this magic non-local phenomena. No one wants to burst that bubble and bring the thing down. But... there are all the others where this does NOT work, and now they are left feeling worse than ever. Not only are they given a false hope so to speak, but left feeling like they are further ostracized from this magic "group on the hill" (or is it "hilltop" or "the hill" etc.). Speaking mainly of the frustrated parents. But to be fair, even high level scientists fall for this thing called "confirmation bias" which this entire subject is a perfect example of. There is no "pseudo" science, it is just regular science where the interpretation of the data that is "statistically significant", are allowing confirmation bias to not only rule, but drive the data collection (cherry picking). Richard Feynman said the easiest person to fool is yourself. I often fall into this trance guided by cherry picking my data. It is a type of hypnosis you do to yourself. Here is how to snap out of it. In this story there are all these "similar" accounts. What you have to do, (and this can be heartbreaking if you WANT to believe in something) is to STOP focusing on the details that align with the others, but focus strongly on the little DISCREPANCIES, where little things are DIFFERENT or don't match up. Perfect examples here are like the Indian kid in the beginning....not only this kid could read the mind but scratch out a word and start writing the one the parent or tester had not even YET formulated but was "planing " to. Like almost predicting the future. That type of thing is proof of the OPPOSITE of the phenomenon claimed, yet people don't focus on how that kills the thing, rather they "believe" it enhances it. Little things like that destroy the house of cards. Another example: 1:52:52

There are many, many speaking folks who are attuned to and practice these skills as well with the label of "woo" or "charlatan" looming over their heads and therefore are dismissed. However, the bridge between meeting the desire for connection with non-speaking individuals is a space where more deeply compassionate understanding and acceptance can become manifest. • @darkmatter6714
      @darkmatter6714 16 дней назад +9

I also have a similar view to you. My take on it is that life is consciousness itself - a consciences that exists multidimensionally. Our bodies are like avatars that exist in this dimension of spacetime, with our brains acting like a processor or receptor of consciousness. I think of it in terms of computer hardware and software - our bodies/brains are like the hardware and consciousness is like software. Just like different hardware runs different software, so too does different genetics runs different degrees of consciousness: a calculator’s hardware cannot process smartphone software and a smartphone’s hardware cannot process supercomputer software; just like an ant’s biology cannot process a dog’s consciousness and a dog’s biology can’t process human levels of consciousness.

    • @zbdot73
      @zbdot73 16 дней назад +4

@@darkmatter6714 IMHO Consciousness spilt into a fractal like separation, each piece has it's own free will but is still part of the whole. Each is unique but is still a representation of the whole (self discovery of "I am"). On a more physical mundane explanation of whats going on here is a good portion of these kids will be the result of the grey hybridisation program, hence the telepathy. The downside is the experiment wasn't perfect hence the learning difficulties. Some kids, and I'll suggest it's the more "normally" integrated ones, will just be through natural evolution. All races, to my understanding, that ascend to the higher densities/frequencies have esp.

    • @darkmatter6714
      @darkmatter6714 16 дней назад

@@zbdot73 another point of view is that the brain, which is the receptor of consciousness, has a built in capability to perceive more but for some reason is purposefully limited. However, sometimes, things happen that can unlock its potential. For example, I’m sure you’ve heard of people who go through accidents and receive brain damage and after coming out of a coma, they suddenly find that they can paint or draw with extreme precision or be able to play instruments or become insane mathematicians when prior to the accident they couldn’t do any of these things. So it doesn’t necessarily need genetic manipulation by Greys (although it could be), but just a case of faulty DNA (in the case of these autistic children) and damage (in the case of normal people who suffer accidents) which results in the brain’s filter systems going awry.
For these autistic kids, it’s like how a car’s engine can be limited by a chip to no more than 155mph (which a lot of cars are), but if you reprogram the chip or the coding is corrupt, it can go much faster; although you wouldn’t want it to because the chasis, brakes and suspension might not be able to handle what they weren’t designed for.

    • @LandriaOnkka
      @LandriaOnkka 16 дней назад +1

@@darkmatter6714 Exactly. All is consciousness of course but humans are the 'unconscious' creation of consciousness. We are knowing 'not knowing' what we are. These kids never lost that 'knowing' and conscious connection of all things. VERY cool but not easy for them to exist in bodies that are low density. It explains their challenge to exist in such a dense form of creation. Jesse really nailed this one.

I couldn’t even see the pharmacy yet, let alone see who was in it and all of a sudden I had strong thoughts that a friend, well more of acquaintance really, I hadn’t seen for a very long time was going to be in there. Almost like the thought was projected in my head. Anyway I finally get to the pharmacy, I walked in and low and behold he’s sat there waiting for a prescription.
I was gobsmacked! I told him I was literally just thinking of you and here you are! He sort of laughed and didn’t seem to take it very seriously but I was absolutely blown away! I literally couldn’t believe it.
I’m not saying I’m special but that was not just a coincidence. Somehow my brain knew he was going to be in there before I got there. I have no idea how but i did. I truly believe our brains are capable of incredible things if they could be unlocked so to speak

Like it felt `real` to me, even after waking up I still felt like there was something seriously wrong. I didn't have a phone at the time, but when I got into work my mom called me and told me my uncle's wife had filed for a divorce. I hadn't seen them in a while, and they had always seemed like a great, happy couple. The divorce caught everyone by surprise. So my theory since then is mothers and children have a stronger `psychic` connection since we all spent our first 9 months or so inside them.

To be fair… all parents should be anyway. Because at a nervous system level, kids are so in tune with their parents. Eg. Slow down your breathing around a kid and their heart rate reduces too…. All parents need to know that our kids, especially in the early years, are so attuned to us anyway that they basically feel what we feel. Co regulation should be explained in precise detail to every single person before they enter parenthood in my opinion. Or we could all just master our minds and nervous systems to the level we would if our kid could hear our thoughts. I’m going to parent forever more with that in my mind - would I be allowing myself to think this way if my child could read my mind.

I am from Brazil, in many xamanic cultures these gifted kids are the center of many religions and cultures and here there are the left on the sidelines of our societies.
We should do our best to change our minds and understand that we knew nothing about the universe and so amazing to see that these kids could be a key to help evolve.

Been there haha, hardcore materialist for 37 years, then like a year or two ago after reading enough about this stuff it just all started to crumble. What helped me rationalize it to an extent is that none of this necessarily means that the bible or any other holy text or religion got it exactly right. When the autistics talk about "god" or "angels", there's not really evidence as far as I am aware of they're talking about the god of the bible per se. The problems with all those texts and belief systems are still there. They've been presented through a human lense, countless translations, oral traditions, selective editing and everybody disagreeing with everybody what the correct sect or cult is. Buuut maybe there's some underlying truths scattered across many of them. That at least for me is so much easier to wrap my head around than a specific faith having gotten it all right.

I went through the same thing about 4 years ago. There is an unbelievable amount of suppression going on from material scientists for any and everything woo woo subject, especially the ones that actually have scientifically backed evidence. There is even a large group on Wikipedia that actively changes and surpress the information. I found being an Atheist has no conflict with woo, I simply do not believe in God, not the possibility of any woo. Most will tell you there has to be a creator, but like to use Steven Hawkings explination of creation "To ask what happened before the beginning of the universe would become a meaningless question, because there is nothing south of the South Pole"
Good luck and try look into a scientist who uses the scientific method Dean Radin's book 'Real Magic' or any of his other books. Oh, one more suggestion, when you feel resistance, take a break, until curiosity brings you back to it or you'll risk being sucked in by the plethora of debunking material scientists out there.

That's interesting you bring up "The Hill" because when I was in high school there was a physical hill with a gazebo and picknick table on top. It was right next to the police station but everyone would still go there to hang out after school. We'd even bring weed and beer and the cops would come by and spend time with us. For years all you'd have to say to someone if you wanted to hang out was ask if they'd be at "The Hill" later on. It all fell apart when a kid with serious anger issues drop kicked someone off The Hill one night and after that they literally bull dosed and replaced it with scallops. So many fond memories though, it was really the time where I felt I had the most community. We all need a "Hill" in our lives

In another room? As a skeptic my first thought was that the caretaker is likely feeding the answer to the child knowingly or unknowingly.

Speech center of the brain seems important. I saw a TED talk by a man running a study. They found that when they scrambled the language center of the brains of test subjects, using directed magnetic stimulation, the subjects would exhibit savant abilities like calendar math, playing instruments after just a few minutes of experimentation, etc... How I think about it is in terms of pathways and evolution. Language makes for strong pathways due to the few symbols, few words, vand repetitive use of those. PTSD happens when a strong emotional experience creates a strong representation of the experience in the physical web of neuronal connections active at the time... Then, even years later, it is too easy to fall back into that particular pattern of connections due to triggers happening in current experiences...
So, imagine that we basically live in the patterns that language pushes is into... That we quiet the language mind in meditation and are able to then discern the never repeating signals from the external reality and inner whole brain thinking...
An example: engineers in the UK that find water were using dowsing sticks until something like 15 years ago. They were forced to stop the practice due to outside pressure. Their accuracy suffered by 30%... When I read about this I immediately thought about the signals we have a hard time listening to... The stick in the hands are a way for the subconscious to be heard over the always loud signals from the language part of the brain... The subconscious is "talking" using tiny muscle control adjustments that the engineers themselves do not notice consciously.
PS. PTSD can also form from years of reinforcement of pathways like in long term abusive situations...

The reason that "spelling" is controversial is because there have been cases where caretakers seemed to be controlling the movements of autistic children. In some cases of spelling, the facilitator is holding the wrist of the autistic child, which means they also have full control over it's movements (if they want to). The facilitator might not even be aware of the fact that they are moving and guiding the autistic child's hand. There was one case where the autistic child's parents were accused of SA, which turned out to be not true. There was a case where a woman fell in love with her autistic student and used spelling to "prove" that he loved her and it was consentual. Another where a facilitator helped with an assisted suicide. Depending on the level of interaction, it could be possible for the facilitator to write their own thoughts while passing it off as the spelling of the autistic child. Think of a ouija board, where the facilitator is the person holding the pointer and the autistic child is the pointer. Did the pointer move itself? Or was the facilitator guiding them? I hate that the people you interviewed are bending over backwards to avoid talking about why spelling is considered controversial.
    EDIT WITH MORE INFORMATION:
There's a video on RUclips called "Is This What Biklen Calls Independent Typing?" Jump to 1 minute 30 seconds in that video. It's very obvious that the facilitator is the one doing the typing, using the child's hand. The child isn't even looking at the keyboard. This is what's called "facilitated communication" and stuff like that is why "facilitated communication" is highly suspect. There have also been tests where they asked students questions they they would know, but the facilitator did not. They could not answer the questions correctly.
However, the clips I see in the Telepathy Tapes are the rapid prompting method (RPM), which is similar, but the facilitator is in much less control. It generally seems like RPM would be difficult for the facilitator to control, although if someone was very skeptical, they might suggest that there are some kind of subtle, invisible cues that the facilitator is giving to the child, and therefore controlling what is written. It's far less clear, though, that a facilitator could control what the child is spelling.
The clips where there is not a facilitator touching the child - like when they independently type on a keyboard - are the most convincing. The ASHA group does not recommend Facilitated Communication (FC) or Rapid Prompting Method (RPM). It does support "Augmentative and Alternative Communication" (AAC) which is much more hands-off for facilitators.

All three of these techniques fall under the umbrella of "spelling" because the child is spelling things.
When looking at the science of any telepathy going on, it's obvious that facilitated communication should not be used. It gives far too much control to the facilitator. The RPM technique is probably okay, but for people demanding a lot of skepticism, we could toss-out that option, too. Hands-off techniques (which some of the children in the video seem capable of doing) seems like a good option.

@@Zen56103 your argument is pointless you have to start somewhere they are showing them how it’s done this could take a short amount of time or long .
