I know there are some evil laughs I highly recommend should be added: Angelica Pickles (Rugrats), The Moon King (Kubo and the Two Strings), Mola Ram (Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom), Hexxus (Ferngully: The Last Rainforest), Jerome Valeska (Gotham), and Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty). Any others that deserve a spot?
