Thank you for verifying that this rubbery extension will be cut at first occasion. I just bout it and I was worried that maybe my saw is misaligned or the blade is too deep or something. They should mention it somewhere on the box or manual. Anyway, that was helpful ❤
To be fair, people from Makita don't talk to me. So there's no way to get anything directly. I used to buy Makita stuff (sold most of it) via Amazon. The requested adaptor got a 195838-7 "B" model.
Assembly instructions were a little unclear for a couple of items. It works great ruclips.net/user/postUgkxyFZUPFEey-PuqsPMxqaykBhgA1LWxFHh though, easy to set up and use. If the instructions were better I would have given it 5 stars.
You cut the splinter guard incorrectly. The base should have been fully on the rail. You cant cut all of the splinter guard unless you have two rails to continue the pass onto the next rail and then switch The first rail to the end of the second.

Anytime. Happy cutting.

Can you make a review about the tracks from Dewalt?
I am thinking of getting the track saw in yellow and black. Chances are good.

Interesting. Whenever I've met a Makita rep he/she told/showed one track and how to trim the guard. Either way, the cuts are smooth.
This is so simple that I feel silly for not thinking of this, thanks for sharing this tip
This is true. How does one achieve this, unless they buy another rail ?
hate the AI voice
so sad you used an AI voice over.
