@@sps2357i think youre doing too much tbh. calling her a "reckless mother" is such a reach - sierra is a mother most of us would want including me , in the way she raises and interacts with grace. pedos are on the street aswell and we se nothing more of grace than we would see if we were passing by them outside. there are actually harmful family vlogs so maybe you should focus on them and not on a few 3 second clips of grace and calling it "reckless"
Tip for hornworms: plucking them off is great! To prevent future outbreaks, you can introduce beneficial insects (like ladybugs) to eat the eggs of any new hornworms that are cooking in your garden. I've also heard planting borage (a companion plant) helps reduce hornworm activity. Hope this helps! :)
Hornworms glow with a black light at night! It’s a great way to make sure you’re seeing all of them to get rid of them, and then you can pick them off by hand with no chemicals needed
As someone with PCOS I've always felt connected watching your videos, and then seeing Grace it reminds me of my own childhood (my name is Gracie). It brings me so much joy watching you give Grace automy and seeing her grow into her own person. I don't know why but it really makes me smile. At grace's age my mom told me I need to "suck it in" and then I see how you treat Grace and my heart light's up. I know sharing your life is a complete choice but I really appreciate it, seeing someone else with PCOS raise their baby gives me hope for my future and then seeing you with Grace really helps heal my own inner child and reminds me how I hope to raise my own child. I am sorry if that sounds weird lol. PCOS and body postivity have been huge issues for me and your vlogs have really helped me
I absolutely love how you give Grace autonomy, how you are teaching her to speak up and contribute to decisions. Gorgeous swimsuit.❤ The talking while she sleeps and montages really work well!
Hi Sierra! I hope you're having a great day! I've had really good luck keeping the horn worms away with cayenne powder! It also repels squirrels, chipmunks, and other furry critters who might steal your veggies! Just sprinkle some on and around the plants and replace every few days. When I garden with my niece, it's her favorite job to do!
Grace walking around lego land almost made me cry. I remember the vlogs of you pushing her around in a stroller when she was only a couple months old 🥲
I can’t fully articulate how much serotonin I get when I see you’ve posted! I’m I’ll and very isolated, and I get so happy watching you with Grace. She’s such a darling, and so are you. You have such an exuberance for life, it sure boosts the spirit! ❣️
Thank you so much for including the mom life vlog today. I love them. Your family is beautiful, thank you so much for being you and sharing your life with us. I know it's so much work. I appreciate you so much.
I'm happy to watch the vlogs at any frequency and in any form! So happy that you're prioritizing your needs first! We're just happy to be here for whatever you want to share! ❤
My heart 😭 seeing how big Grace is at Legoland is so special. I remember you taking her to walk in her stroller and just getting out and now you both are riding rides.
Tomato hornworms glow under uv black light! So you can take a little uv flashlight outside at night and spot them SUPER easily! It’s doesn’t stop them before they get there, but it’s a pesticide-free way to find them once they’re in the garden!
I’ve been watching you for years, I don’t watch family vlogging at all. I find it highly unethical to have kids not only working but working for free and without anyone making sure they’re being treated well. With that being said I really enjoy how you share grace… you’re very respectful of her and how she’s being shown and how the storylines aren’t about her. I’m sure it’s going to keep evolving as she ages and just know whatever you choose to tastefully share I will watch and support ❤
I loved hearing your intentionality of how you want to include Grace in your content. I really appreciate that you don't want to make the videos about her. That's superstar mom behavior
I like the work blogs, feels like a behind the scenes moment 😅 but I also enjoy seeing the wonderful journey of motherhood and little Grace. Nothing wrong with reevaluating what works!
It's so interesting you mentioned trying to keep the vlogs "from your pov" because as I was watching the beginning of the video I actively was appreciating how you were sharing Grace! Not too much of her face and not making her the content.
For the horn-worms, You can try using a mix of 1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper (can be substituted for 1 ounce of hat sauce), 2 cups of water, and 1-2 teaspoons of natural liquid soap. You'll need to shake it gently and let steep overnight before you use it, and you'll need to use it a few times a week. You'll have to wash the plants before eating them, but it won't harm the environment. This was something I looked-up to try to help you with your problem with bugs. Another solution was to plant Marigolds close to them.
If you're wanting to share more of your motherhood experiences without disrupting Grace too much then how about a more regular Q&A? I also like the way heyshayla does her videos, where she talks to camera mostly about her motherhood experience (different topics each time) and films clips around the house to illustrate without having to vlog all day. That might give you a way to have a few more motherhood vlogs mixed in while also making them easier to film because they can mostly be done during work days.
I think this vlog was very successful! I liked the montage mixed in with the talking, and it's important you can give Grace your full attention. If you have a space beside your tomato plants, you could look up plants that repel hornwood caterpillars. I know there a few recommended for it. That way, you can use the space and protect your veggies with very little effort!
I’d love more vlogs than main channel content (but also prioritize yourself!!!) So excited to see Schultzzie grow, but nothing beats the 1-1 Sierra time. 😊 Best to ya 💗
I like how the vlog was structured this way. Of course do whatever works best for you but the way you this vlog was with the montages was very seamless. I love how you are always thinking of Grace and not being one of those family vlogs (no major shade to those content creators but when they make all their content around their kid makes me a little uncomfortable as parent). The way you are sharing Grace with us is only in a good light and in a very natural way.
Another tip is not to water the tomato plant at the top as leaves rust and can invite disease so just water at the base of the tomato plant is the best way to go :)
Growing tomatoes and peppers here in FL. I don't do anything besides water and fertilize, but you cannot be kind to those worms. It's gross, but you gotta squish them when you find them, most humane way to target only the bugs you don't want. Throwing them over the fence is just going to have them come back as the caterpillars or as the moths that lay the eggs. I'm by some agricultural land, so doing my part in targeting them and killing them when I see them hopefully leads to the commercial farms using less pesticides overtime.
❤❤❤JUST ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE POSITIVITY IN YOUR VLOGS! MAKES ME FEEL SUCH POSITIVE VIBES! THANK YOU SIERRA AND GRACE! YOU BOTH MAKE ME SO HAPPY! KEEP ON SMILIN!😊😊❤❤
Yay for Austin and Bethany! They planned that wedding FAST. They got engaged after my fiancé and married more than a year before our wedding! Oh to be young and in a rush!
this was a cozy vlog and workday ones are inspiring because of how productive and structured you are. I think there’s definitely a place for both as long as you’re comfortable! i may be being a tad bit selfish because I do love your cozy content 😂🫶🏼
my mom is a big gardering nerd and this year she put spoiled milk in a spray bottle as a natural pesticide. last i heard she was very satisfied with it. idk if it works on the ones eating your peppers but maybe worth a try? 😌🙌🏻
I want to expand my garden next year to have a cut flower garden bed because all the flowers I planted this year were beautiful but I left them outside to attract beneficial pollinators for my veggie plants.
I love your vlogs but I always get massive baby fever cause I love how happy she makes you and how happy you make her and I’ve always hoped I’d have that with my child because I don’t have a great relationship with either of my parents and I really hope I can have a good relationship with my child. I’m 19 tho so I’m not planning on having a kid ANY time soon lol
I would love it if you showed how you cut back flowers in your garden, I’ve just begun growing them and idk what comes after they bloom lol. Also if there’s anyone with tips for keeping potted plants alive.. my in grounds are great but my outdoor pots die!
I would totally try a ground to top mesh net... if you start it at the base of the plants I think the worms will still make their way in... but if you do ground up you may be luckier!
I just found 4 horn worms on my tomatoes. They blend in so well, & the damage can be devastating! I had to transplant them as well, we don't kill caterpillars!
The garden horn worm rant was giving Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh 😂🫶🏻 I was supposed to see Noah Kahan in Bend this last weekend but he cancelled (smoke from wildfires) 😩 slightly jealous
Question from a business perspective: does this mean for your businesses, is RUclips not a main priority any more? Is short form more successful for you? At the end of the day, we’re all consumers of your work so interested in how you’re balancing work in terms of what is the direction of the business of “Sierra”?
I have a bunch of tomato plants, and one of them was being eaten alive by horn-worms and other caterpillars, so I decided it would be the sacrificial plant. I started moving all caterpillars I found in my garden onto that plant so they could live without destroying the rest of my garden... then the rain from Hurricane Hillary annihilated basically all the caterpillars on that plant 😭 it was a sad time.
I hate when you cut yourself short while talking about something you really like because you think your rambling, like woman this is why we subscribe to your channel we enjoy hearing your thoughts on all that stuff lol
I’m just so proud of you for taking grace’s privacy into consideration

Catching up with vlogs, this must be the first one after positive pregnancy test 🥰🥰
I'm happy to watch the vlogs at any frequency and in any form! So happy that you're prioritizing your needs first! We're just happy to be here for whatever you want to share! ❤
Aw the t-rex ride was my first roller coaster too!! It was so cute to see her putting her hands up! She seemed to enjoy it a lot!
Grace and her curly pigtails… omg so cute, I can’t even! 🩷
My heart 😭 seeing how big Grace is at Legoland is so special. I remember you taking her to walk in her stroller and just getting out and now you both are riding rides.
Why does Grace look like she aged a year in like 2 weeks 😭 she’s so precious!
I was just coming down here to say this! She's such a big girl! And her hair is getting so long too!
once they hit 2, it’s big ol toddler right to school age.
It's crazy the leaps 2 year olds go through. I think my son leaped 3 times last year.
I was just coming to say this!!! Her hair suddenly fits full pigtails!! When did she become a toddler!!???
It has to be a hairdo (:

You have taught me so much about how confidence is the best beauty regimen. When you project confidence we see beauty
I like the work blogs, feels like a behind the scenes moment 😅 but I also enjoy seeing the wonderful journey of motherhood and little Grace. Nothing wrong with reevaluating what works!
Not the horn worms!!! They were definitely massive 😩😩

I really enjoy vlogs that are structured in this way! Talking broken up with montages is great, especially if that’s easier for you 😊
Sierra, never water the whole tomato plant. Only the base. Tomatoes want a dry head💯
I loved this vlog and how conscious you are about Grace's involvement. I'm glad you're finding a work/balance that works for you

These are fantastic ideas! Even montages voiced over later can be such a cool idea for vlogs. Vlogging doesn't have to be just talking to the camera
I've been binging older vlogs just waiting on your new upload! so excited to watch after work!
I think this vlog was very successful! I liked the montage mixed in with the talking, and it's important you can give Grace your full attention.

another garden tip for the tomato plants ....plant some marigolds , rosemary , basil and dill in the planter at the base....they work great
OMG! My heart with this child!!! So precious!! That sunny smile!
Feedback on this vlog approach (talking when Grace is asleep, and inserting small clips through the day): thumbs up from our end!
Great video. Love Grace, she’s growing up so fast!! That curly hair❤
Another tip is not to water the tomato plant at the top as leaves rust and can invite disease so just water at the base of the tomato plant is the best way to go :)
Congrats on your new sis-in-law 🥰 Lovely video. Gracie is getting so big, and her hair is really starting to look like yours. Beautiful!
Growing tomatoes and peppers here in FL.

I can’t wait till that podcast comes out I thought I missed it but just checked and it’s not out yet! I love watching your vlogs! 😊

i may be being a tad bit selfish because I do love your cozy content 😂🫶🏼
You are so fortunate that grace still takes a nap. My daughter grew up so fast that she outgrew taking a nap.
I recommend using a blacklight in the dark to find hornworms and then I pick them off and put them in a bucket of soapy water.
my mom is a big gardering nerd and this year she put spoiled milk in a spray bottle as a natural pesticide. last i heard she was very satisfied with it. idk if it works on the ones eating your peppers but maybe worth a try? 😌🙌🏻
Sierra! If you put an old penny in the water of your sunflower jar (the one on your counter) it will help the flowers to last longer and flourish!
Welcome back! Its always a joy to see these vlogs pop up!❤
If u out coffee grounds on the soil it will help keep bugs off
Saw Noah Kahan 5 times since 2017!! He’s amazing! So glad you guys got to go.
You’re a much better mother than I was at your age. ❤️ I bet Grace looks just like you did as a tot. You should post side by side pics.
You can buy brachonid wasps that kill the hornworms (they don't bother people) - my dad does this for his garden and it works great.
I want to expand my garden next year to have a cut flower garden bed because all the flowers I planted this year were beautiful but I left them outside to attract beneficial pollinators for my veggie plants.
Omg grace putting her hands up during the T. rex ride 😭😍
I just saw Noah at the Alaska state fair!! Phenomenal concert
You can put a pinch of white sugar in the water vase and it’ll help keep them perky longer!
I would love it if you showed how you cut back flowers in your garden, I’ve just begun growing them and idk what comes after they bloom lol.
Also if there’s anyone with tips for keeping potted plants alive.. my in grounds are great but my outdoor pots die!
I don’t know if I missed something about not vlogs these days but I’m so glad this is baaaaack
No joke I’ve been checking your account every day to see if you posted and I missed it lol. Love you!!
I would totally try a ground to top mesh net... if you start it at the base of the plants I think the worms will still make their way in... but if you do ground up you may be luckier!
Thanks for the update at the end ❤
I just found 4 horn worms on my tomatoes. They blend in so well, & the damage can be devastating! I had to transplant them as well, we don't kill caterpillars!
The sunflowers are so pretty, and feel very fall but also v summer lol
Ladybugs will eat hornworm eggs! You should be able to buy them at your local garden center.
Hi S &S! Hi everyone
where did you get your "ocean" shirt?
Omg she is adorable ❤ I can’t 😊
How are the caterpillars doing?!! I miss the updates on them. I hope they’re doing okay
The pigtails are adorable
You’re glowing !
Love ya, Sierra!
Introduce beneficial insects , or make cayenne pepper spray. Mix cayenne pepper with soap and water
The garden horn worm rant was giving Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh 😂🫶🏻
I was supposed to see Noah Kahan in Bend this last weekend but he cancelled (smoke from wildfires) 😩 slightly jealous
So cute and adorable!!!
Put a net over the peppers and tomatoes also you made me yawn 😂

You need marigolds to help protect your tomatoes
Omg I love seeing graces full on ringlets bounce when she walks
I’m so excited, your upload made my day❤
I liked the vlog structure!
Definitely missed you!! ❤ made my day!
We’ve missed ya 🩵
You are a great mom!
Catching up on Vlogs and you must have found out you were pregnant around this time. 😊❤
I hate when you cut yourself short while talking about something you really like because you think your rambling, like woman this is why we subscribe to your channel we enjoy hearing your thoughts on all that stuff lol
She’s so grown! 😢
Love your filming balance w vlog + montage/clips & voice overs 🙌🙌🙌
❤😊
The return of the hornworm! YUCK
I will miss hearing Grace talking to you but understand
Do you play Pokémon sleep?
Take a black light through the garden at night and the horn worms light up like a Christmas tree. You can pick them off much more easily!
Okay, low key confused about what we’re balancing? You have a huge staff, and are not really putting out a ton of videos. So, the math ain’t mathing.
Girl I saw him too in Seattle!!! He was so good and his opener was amazing! Hope you got to snag some merch!
i’ve never realized how cute hornworms are why must they eat the tomato plants 😅
