💯💪 finally someone working on this great classic. I love the hell out of mines. Stupid fast and street legal. You gotta show us more. I will love to send you pictures of my projects. I love the oldies
If I remember correctly there is a aluminum shaft about 3inch long that goes between the two wheels it has cut out on both sides it's what locks them together when you put it back together thsts if you have two rear wheels and on each side of the wheels there is a spacer and the tensioner dont know exactly what it's called looks like a washer with a bolt welded on it and has a little flange
Hey mate did you buy new batteries? I’ve recently got one here in Australia the batterie holds some charge with the charger but not sure if it will run
If your looking for just the rear axle you can buy threaded bar they make different sizes I think you can even get it at tractor supply just get the right size and cut it down and get the nuts and washers for each side but if you dont want to got that route you can look on marketplace and find a beat up one and use it for parts
I have one I put a predator 212cc stage 2 hemi Electric start kit with a Cateye Fs509 rear wheel assembly 13x6.5-6. 420 chain with a 40T sprocket.. I have the fastest bike on my block whooping these newbies🛵💨 🇺🇲
Dang that's cool 😎 I always like the way they ride I was gonna put a bigger motor on one but it's a pain got to do lot of modifications its cool you was able to get one done
Not shure I usually just cut the battery holder and put a bigger one in but this one had the original charger so I went to batteries+bulbs and they had the correct one I'd recommend going there they have all kinds of sizes
@@vintagesimplicitytractors9464 if you want to activate the electric start manually theres one wire going to the starter the start is behind the pull start you can jump start it off that wire
Hey I have the same one with a tiltson 212cc motor but one of the back wheels is higher than the other so the chain keeps falling off wondering how I can fix it
Sounds like one of the tires pressure is lower than the other and that happens to them sometimes you need to take the back wheel off and inflate them to equal pressure make sure ones not leaking also check you chain tension you don't want the chain to lose or to tight and make shure your motor hasent come loose
Still one of the best videos of this classic Apc mini Chopper..keep em coming Captain 💯💪

I had 2 of them growing up. Fun times early 2000s.
I just got one of these for my step son. Electrical was all ripped out. Got it to burp a bit after pulling it 100x. Has spark and decent compression
Best thing I found to put air in the rear tires is to get a valve steam extender and screw that in to pump them up.
Dang never thought of that great idea
Thanks this was very helpful
How do you jump start it with that little port?
Hello, any idea on how correctly assemble the rear dual wheels?

Yeah I went to batteries+bulbs and got one but you can probably order one online for real cheap but won't be as good as a Duracell
@@davejones1064 ok my mate also said a new carbie would also be a good idea as they can burn out quick
I have the same one, but the wires came of from where they connect to the key switch, can u send me a picture of how the wires go?
Where can u fined the rear tire axle for them

You know where the charger port connects to?
Does it go directly to the battery?
If I can remember correctly theres a three prong charger plug and the wires go to the fuse beside it and then go to a solenoid
