Trump hush money case ‘essentially over:’ Former prosecutor | On Balance

Michael Cohen is “walking reasonable doubt” according to attorney Michael Discioarro after Thursday’s cross-examination where Cohen was caught in a lie about a key phone call that allegedly tied former President Donald Trump to the coverup of hush money payments on Stormy Daniels. Former prosecutor Katie Cherkasky also tells “On Balance” Cohen is the only link the prosecution has to the deal, and she wouldn’t be surprised of Cohen doesn’t show up in court on Monday.
