    This video has misinformation, there is no problem shooting 7.62 Nato in any .308 Win. chambered rifle: it's the other way around that there is a concern. .308 Win. is loaded to much higher pressures than 7.62 Nato, therefore. 308 Win. should never be fired in a7.62 Nato chambered rifle. The video has it backwards...

    • @vvr881

      You are correct for Nato ammo but be careful when using non Nato like Chinese or Russian ammo. They are dirt cheap in my country but can u trust their quality control. I won't take that chance with my hunting rifles.

    • @shaneiveson517
      @shaneiveson517 Год назад +4

      It's due to the fact the .308 case wall is thinner the the nato the nato is made thicker so there isn't a case rupture in the action of the machine guns m60 m240 m118a2 etc the pressure is almost the same 1 is measured in psi .308 the other cup 7.62 nato

    Many of cartridges show in this video are not .308. Also, Ruger does not make the Patriot rifle, Mossberg does, and the Remington 700 is made by Rem Arms, not Ruger. Ruger only bought The Marlin rifle line. Get your facts straight.

      On one of them the video up loader could have gotten it goofed up when Remington was the owner of Marlin for a short time, but Ruger only bought Marlin I think ?.
      I don't know who who is anymore now when I build all of my own rifles then buy the highest quality parts - actions and barrels come from Pac Nor or Douglass barrels.
      Since the U.S is under communist democrat control, and we see how badly they want to make gun ownership illegal I won't buy any more guns then stay off the commie ATF list of gun owners.
      The greatest lesson to be learned comes from the Canadians right now how gun registration has become the gun owners' greatest threat to keep their firearms.

    Bergara b14 series hunter, ridge, wilderness ride, hmr etc. Moa guarantee and the definition of quality. The only guns in this video that are close are the Tikka and weatherby. And yall chose a weatherby that's is not ideal for hunting. The Tikka is accurate but it being 6 lbs and the stock design. You get twice the felt recoil. Might not be that bad in 308 but that is pushing it for alot of shooters. No all shoot as much as you and alot will develope a flinch.

    Sadly, most of these American channels tend to just promote American rifles, when there are so many other rifles to choose from as well. Glad Tikka is on there, but you have Mauser, Bergara, Sako, Sauer, Blaser and so many other brands that offer high quality hunting rifles in .308. I get that the American market is loaded with American guns, however, it wouldn't be a bad idea to also include non-Americans brands to a larger degree.
    And even better - to divide the list and present guns in a budget, mid-range and high-end spectrum.

    Still a great pump gun even though it is mostly plastic, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxh4su9YgU1tWmjikirWcKJbjsFLEU62Bc but with care it will last a long time. It would be neat if Crosman would make a commemorative version of this with real wood stock, but of course it would weigh more and cost more, but hey, it would be cool. The included scope is more of a toy, but it does work for backyard plinking. I prefer to use pellets for greater accuracy, but BBs are just as good for plinking. This is not a Red Ryder folks; fully pumped it is 3 times the power of a Red Ryder and can be dangerous if not handled properly. Be safe out there.

    Vid Should have been called half junk guns and a couple decent ones.. savage, tikka, and browning. Good for the price. The rest were complete junk. Maybe toss in the winchester xpr…. Maybe. And honestly, the browning is far out of the category of the rest of these.
