Hi from America! I've renovated three houses by myself, and that drain outside your garage really worries me. When you clean out brushes or concrete and let the sediment go down that drain, it settles in the pipe. Once it's clogged, not only will your garage flood, but you're in for a HUGE amount of work to dig the pipe up and replace it, and there's no other solution. That sediment will turn into concrete. Call someone with a pipe cleaning company to come clean out that pipe as soon as you can, and don't clean your brushes or concrete-work tools there again.
I worry that Bliss is lonely outside chained up.

Yeah I was thinking shorten the balcony were the stairs goes, but I think I will decide that at spring, as the leaks goes I am going to put new tiles someday so there is not going to be any more leaks... Thanks for being my follower and watching videos 🙏

I use a diamond tip hollow tube drill bit you can get most sizes. Start with it on an angle then raise so it’s perpendicular to the tiles. Cut fantastically. If you use hammer function I’d be concerned it would break the tiles.
