MURDER AT CORTALIM: Verna Police arrest one for murdering his friend

In a tragic incident, 32 year old Lionel lobo was found murdered at an under construction site at Cortalim on late Tuesday night.Within 24 hours, the Verna police arrested his friend Alex Coutinho (34) for murdering his friend with a cement block, over a dispute about a bottle of alcohol. The accused was also present at the crime scene during the police investigation and had attempted to mislead the police.
