96-00 Civic NRG Hub with WORKING HORN! Easy/Fast method!

Easiest method to make your horn work, no cost, no need for metal wire or any bending. Simply splice horn wire, hold in place with screw and voila.
This will work with other Honda's and Acuras as well.

Makeshift wire that mimics a clock spring; just solder or super glue to hub works too

My quick release did not come with that clock spring where did you get yours

I used the horn connection from the original wheel as the contact on the baseplate

I tired this but as soon as I put the key in it it starts honking did I strip to much wire?

You may have contact where it there shouldn't be.

You might your steering wheel wiring off that means it’s making constant connection

Hey does the hub come with the contact plate , I want to install a momo steering wheel but not sure if I have to buy additional parts to make the horn work. Might get nrg hub and quick release.

The rear hub is all copper, it's a hole contact plate behind it.
