this is the version that I wish was on the album. I could listen to this all day long.
It's hard to put into words how good of a guitarist Mr. Rose-Garcia really is when his entire ensemble remains so enchantingly mesmerizing. Thanks for all of the quality uploads KEXP.

hes behind everything today is basically trash, but shakey he knows what real music is and its music from the old days when people actually had problems and not likes on the internet
He is a great example of hard work and talent. He does this because he loves it and it shows in his music. I feel that passion for originality in music is somewhat forgotten. Shakey is refreshing because of his sound and talent. At least...that's why I listen to him.

Met him at a Thai place in Seattle. Super nice dude. He was surprised I knew who he was lol
I'm so Jealous. My Dreaaaaaaaaaam. I wanna meet him and show him my photography and music playin skills and see if we can be friends. So down to roll with his crew for a couple years helping with backend stuff. photography & such. gear haulin' setup & takedown.

I think it's about how he goes around meeting these people, some good, some bad. And he gives a part of himself away to these people and over time it starts to get him down that these people never give him anything back. Basically a blues song about one-sided friendships.
Got to see this live at the Gruene Dance Hall... memory I'll never forget. Entire crowd singing along with him! Thanks Alejandro!
