ABC leans left, 40 million to the Democrats in 2022, and 5.2 million to Biden in 2019. I think SBF donated more than 70 million in 18 months!
His parents are balls deep in the Democratic party, both are compliance lawyers (Stanford,), and dad is a psychologist as well.
The dad helped write Sen. Elizabeth Warren’ legislation, and the mom co-founded super political action committee Mind The Gap in 2018 which has since gone on to donate over 20 million to the democrats.
Alameda Research, the fund started by Bankman-Fried, borrowed billions in customer funds from FTX
Pretty grim, and nothing a left leaning publication will want to talk too much about.

Oh he knows it. He just doesn’t care as long as he’s getting paid. They are all like that. You think Madoff’s top investors didn’t know? There’s a reason these companies go undetected for so long before they get exposed as pure fraud. Just imagine you discovered every dollar you have is in an account controlled by thief’s. But only you know about it and if you don’t tell anyone you will still be able to get your money out quietly and make a good profit before you do. If you tell the authorities and the other investors in this account you will loose it all and so will everyone else who put their money in this account. It’s an insane dark place. But when you think about it being you’re entire savings plus your entire income and your past taxed income you can see how it works.
Obviously the fraud investors are bad evil people. No question. But does that make you a bad person? Honestly.. On one hand your actually saving a lot of people from getting ruined at that moment by not telling anyone and the fraud continues. you’re finances are still fine and you can continue to get your monthly payments along with everyone else. On the other hand youre allowing them to continue to do this scam and it will implode eventually. I’m not comparing O’Leary to this analogy of you’re entire life savings and income. He’s trash. He also definitely wouldn’t say a word even if he only had one tenth of 1% of his money in this. Not everything. But to demonstrate how these people think I have to use that analogy because one tenth of 1% of their money is more important than 100% of everyone else’s. And the cycle never ends.

I am loathe to say this but I cannot but help wonder if one looks at the known major investors here , if there isn’t a pattern.
The larger names appear to be operated from people coming from the same ‘community’ as SBF.
This may of course be entirely coincidental but it does give rise to pause for thought. Perhaps the existence (or lack of it) of this pattern will become clearer as more of the larger institutional type investors become known.
