It's a mute note. You just slightly put your fingers on the strings but you don't fret a note. When you play you just make a "click" sound.

It's a ghost note. It's when you play the string muted just resting your fingers there, not pressing down any of the frets.

You can try to cut the low frequencies or perhaps a plugin to remove the bass. It won't be perfect, but it will help tho
