Long time road trip expert and legendary CBS broadcaster Charles Kuralt agreed that the Beartooth is the greatest drive in the U.S. Kuralt, who was the first to use the phrase "on the road" during his travel broadcasts with Walter Kronkite called the Beartooth "America's best scenic drive"
    In this video you come along for a drive on America's most scenic drive from Red Lodge, Montana to the northeastern entrance to Yellowstone National Park all shot in stunning 4K! Bear's Tooth is the highest point along Beartooth Highway, located at an elevation of 10,947 feet while the Beartooth Mountain's peak is over 12,000 feet. The highway starts at an elevation just over 5,500 feet in Red Lodge, Montana, and ends at an elevation of about 7,000 feet in Cooke City, Montana.

      @cameroneller2990 it's the beautiful and scenic drive we've taken. Even better than the Million Dollar Highway. Now we just have to drive the Going to the Sun road in Glacier

    By no means is this dangerous.

      @stevemattson4863 Every mountain pass is dangerous, especially the ones with no guardrails. From what I've read online, Beartooth and the Million Dollar Highway are considered dangerous due to no guardrails and shear drop-offs. That's why they make merch saying "I survived Beartooth Pass"
