The secrecy about the whole deal is an automatic disqualification and smells really bad with corruption of the highest order by Murkomen, Ruto and others.
All the finger prints are Ruto’s and he had started campaigning how JKIA needed face-lift which was unusual suspicions.

I like the hot exchanges between the two divides. It shows that Parliament is doing the oversight work they are mandated to do. If the Adani matter can be nipped in the bud, it will be the first time a major corruption scheme by an administration has been stopped before public money is stollen.
