I agree however this "mistake" is going to stay with you FOR LIFE...this is a CHILD. You don't stop being mother til you die and when this kid asks and wants to know more about their korean heritage? You have to go through the pain of showing them that culture while pushing aside the pain and trauma you suffered through. Idk I pray for her and her child but when I hear about these mixed korean kids with absent fathers I DEEPLY worry for the mother and more for the kids.
@likhwezititus I see your point but am absent father anywhere can harm a child not just Korea. She seems to love there and the mother of the father is involved so the child will know Korean and about Korean culture. There are mixed children that know more about Korea than their other race that were born and raised in Korea. I hope this go well for her and sucks that ignoring the red flags lead to this but glad she found solace in having a relationship with his ex and his mom.

These stories are why I love social media. Women sharing their dating stories online is the first time in history women can talk about this anonymously, openly, and reach thousands of people and teach each other from experience. What Moana went through was the classic narcissistic love-bombing personality which usually comes with gaslighting, manipulation, and all kinds of physical/emotional/financial/sexual abuse. I can't imagine what it is like doing this in a foreign country without your own parents by your side, you must have been so scared. (I would have been!). You couldn't pay me to trust a vasectomy. I've heard so many stories of pregnancies post-vasectomy. And if nothing else the STD risk. Too many of these men lie to be letting anyone hit it raw. If he wanted her to meet his friends, he should've done it earlier in the day. It seems like everyone moves far faster than I do, but I would be so pissed if a guy expected me to stay over that early on. The pull out method is NOT birth control. Even though he ended up being the absolute worst excuse for a man, I think there’s a beautiful silver lining with his mom and his ex and her son. Oh, God! I feel like it's the worst story so far... I cannot for the life of me understand how some dudes can be so nonchalant about their kids. Like it's not that big of a deal. And even aren't shy to involve their parents! It shows how deep their immaturity is. To the point of sycopathy. I myself was always ok with having a kid despite any circumstances, but to do it to someone who is outloud not ready terrifies me. It' s not a temporary inconvenience, it's a life changing decision! 10. Lied about meaning of stepmom...and delayed news so she had no options.
11. He had a girlfriend when they met. (see red flag #1)
12. Tried to hook up with women while she was pregnant.
13. Went MIA during pregnancy.
14. He does not give AF...about anybody/thing.
15. Deadbeat dad.
Word of warning: (as this is the 2nd story time involving a visectomy). If a man is pulling out, you can be sure he DID NOT have a visectomy.

The very first red flag was him being 30something and no indication of being a divorcee (having any kids ) or having been in a long serious relationship beforehand that one would mention. I know koreans seem to be having children later in life but come on. Any guy who is at least mid thirties and haven't even settled like at least in a serious relationship has got to be suspicious to some degree.
