It's dangerous to go around labelling people you don't like as extreme things. Everyone has their biases and if you are quick to indulge them, you leave yourself open to getting easily manipulated by things you want to hear and lose out on useful information because you didn't like how it sounded.
I don't trust any living public figures, absolutely. People can be wrong, but we all ought to be strong enough to humble ourselves when we are. Sometimes Candace is correct and sometimes she just loves to win (doing almost anything to win). It's easy to like actually humble people, she hasn't constantly displayed such Christian humility.
I'd say a perhaps more balanced view could be to atleast take what public figures say with a grain of salt, as there is far more context to them than we may be aware of, whilst they can also be valuable in putting pieces of the truth together. Even the people we know in our every day lives aren't 100% honest on every topic, so when public figures say things in different contexts, who they are interacting with and how their stances might shift with different interactions can also be genuine, but not something to be always taken as the truth.
@boomguitarjared I was implying that I don't trust any one person, 100%. I know that I'm a flawed man. I, just like many others, do my best everyday. Yet, when anyone becomes overemotional, even with seemingly the best of intentions, we can fall into a trap of: bitterness, one-upsmanship, smugness, entitlement, contention, etc. I usually reserve my thoughts for most issues and debates, if possible, until I can hear enough from each side to get perhaps a clearer picture. It is uncomely for any person to lack the strength to humble ourselves when we are wrong. More than once it has seemed that Candace got caught in one of these overemotional traps. I still listen to her quite often, yet there are times I simply didn't trust what she says; from my own research. If I'm wrong, I'll be glad to change.

I don't think you have the full context of all these incidents by the sounds of it. Candace has explained a lot of it herself in depth. The Tate connection is one that I can't add up. I tried to defend her a couple days ago when someone said she is getting too big headed even though I’ve felt this way for about a month or so. I’m not sure this is gonna make sense but Candace strikes me as quite an authoritarian person. I’m not a huge fan of people who take the ‘it’s my way or the highway’ approach. For me, I don’t always agree 100% with what anyone says. I will support certain ideas and ride the fence on others and I may disagree or not agree with other opinions. I admire Trump but I don’t buy into everything he says but will agree with or support other things he says. That is the problem with some people. Be wise people. You can support podcasters and independent journalists. You don’t always have to agree with everything they share or report. Candace has her pros & cons in her values or ethics. I’m so glad you’re speaking on this. I’ve never been a huge fan but I’ve definitely appreciated a lot of what she’s said and done in the past. I stopped listening to her completely when she started teaming up with AT. I couldn’t understand it at all and it completely turned me off to her. It seems like she’s lost it and sold out.
We have to use common sense and proper discernment and judge accordingly. There is only ONE that’s perfect, in the name of Jesus the Christ. Everyone else is imperfect so we need to watch, listen and question. Others can’t really disappoint us if we look at them through that lens. We can’t just follow people and expect them to always be right or perfect. They are NOT God. They’re just imperfect humans trying to find their way through, like the rest of us. When we see them that way, they can’t really fool us or disappoint as we never put them up on that pedestal in the first place.

No. That's called being Stubborn. Being a narcissist is it's own bag of worms that not only implies action, but motivation.
It's dangerous to go around labelling people you don't like as extreme things. Everyone has their biases and if you are quick to indulge them, you leave yourself open to getting easily manipulated by things you want to hear and lose out on useful information because you didn't like how it sounded.
I don't trust any living public figures, absolutely. People can be wrong, but we all ought to be strong enough to humble ourselves when we are. Sometimes Candace is correct and sometimes she just loves to win (doing almost anything to win). It's easy to like actually humble people, she hasn't constantly displayed such Christian humility.
I'd say a perhaps more balanced view could be to atleast take what public figures say with a grain of salt, as there is far more context to them than we may be aware of, whilst they can also be valuable in putting pieces of the truth together. Even the people we know in our every day lives aren't 100% honest on every topic, so when public figures say things in different contexts, who they are interacting with and how their stances might shift with different interactions can also be genuine, but not something to be always taken as the truth.

Yet, when anyone becomes overemotional, even with seemingly the best of intentions, we can fall into a trap of: bitterness, one-upsmanship, smugness, entitlement, contention, etc. I usually reserve my thoughts for most issues and debates, if possible, until I can hear enough from each side to get perhaps a clearer picture. It is uncomely for any person to lack the strength to humble ourselves when we are wrong. More than once it has seemed that Candace got caught in one of these overemotional traps. I still listen to her quite often, yet there are times I simply didn't trust what she says; from my own research. If I'm wrong, I'll be glad to change.

When I started to lose respect for Candace is when she started showing her true colors. The way she called out promiscuous/OF women gave me pause for instance (right in sentiment but too harsh and condemning in tone). She doesn’t come off like a good Christian. I don't think you have the full context of all these incidents by the sounds of it. Candace has explained a lot of it herself in depth. The Tate connection is one that I can't add up. She claims she's read the actual case details against him & she's convinced they're false. But yeah, given the footage they have of Tate boasting about a lifestyle that opposes Christian values & Candace is against, it is hard to square that circle.

I tried to defend her a couple days ago when someone said she is getting too big headed even though I’ve felt this way for about a month or so. I question her adoration for people like Kanye and Cardi B…then her conversations with Ray J and Nick Cannon. While those convos were needed, Candace knows wassup in that industry and the type of things they do, and what they represent. I’ve been trying to hold on. I’ll still listen to her until I just can’t. A video I recently watched of hers, I can’t remember which one, but she was so wrong with her facts, it was hard to listen to.

I admire Trump but I don’t buy into everything he says but will agree with or support other things he says. That is the problem with some people. Be wise people. You can support podcasters and independent journalists. You don’t always have to agree with everything they share or report. Candace has her pros & cons in her values or ethics. Just like everyone else. I agree with certain things Andrew Wilson says and I disagree with other things he says. I take what is useful and ignore what is not.
