@@clearcut6818 It can if you export it as a water tight stl file. you may need to make a few changes in Fusion360 or another CAD first.
How did you get 3d
Hello . the program i use is aspire 9.5. I have to make a recess (with a large roughing cutter) then finish it with a V-shaped cutter which will dig into the narrowest parts where the other (large) cutter cannot enter. Question: How can I set the gcode so that the V-shaped cutter only passes where it is to be milled and not in the empty spaces where the large cutter has previously milled? as with the small cutter the axes move very slowly; I do this to save time.

very nice....but not exactly what i'm looking for but i wonder if a similar process could be used to convert a 2d image og my dog/ photo to a 3d printable object....? there must be a way!
Is not possible in Aspire , but try with Cinema 4D or 3D max or other Program
ok thanks! i don't think it is possible at all :-( I've posted on the forums for the software you mentioned, see if i get to hear anything.... ;-) other big problem i got is that is all written for new versions of Windows, i will not go past 7 :-(

i'm currently working on a lithopane lamp of him which i think will be best option overall....even if my scultping skills did come up to scratch, i'm never going to be able to capture his character as it were....i got some good photos so that will have to do
I have Vcarve pro 9. Is there another program that can do this as simple and save as a usable object?
