- Over the course of a year or more, I have been buying a lot of different brewing gears to discover the best travel coffee gear that you can bring with you without compromising the quality of your coffee. In this video I am going to show you travel grinders, travel brewers and the perfect mug for your travels. These travel set-ups are my recommendations to help you choose what's best for you.
Yes yes yes to the Rivers wall mug sleek!!! I have been using mine for 4 years and I cannot imagine my life without it. Literally the DREAM coffee mug!
4 years? That's crazy! Kudos to Rivers!
@@darylbuenocoffee I make sure to not lose that thing as if it were by child haha
My contender for travel brewer is "Tricolate"! It's basically wider AeroPress without plunger. There's also "NextLevel Pulsar", i don't own that one but it seems like Tricolate but with Switch.
That's a nice one! Because of the built-in drip assist you dont have to worry about the kettle anymore, good one! I might have to get one for myself soon :)
Great video! Nice new options to consider. Thank you.
I have been saving for a Q2. It’s my understanding that the Q air does not grind for espresso…
The Q Air is actually exactly the same as the Q2 and Q2s except for its plastic body, but they dont interchange because they have different threads. Anyway the Q2 and the Q Air moves 20microns per click, typically for espresso you would want something like the Kingrinder K6 that moves 16microns per click to adjust perfectly for espresso. Anyway, thank you for watching and for the support :)
If you want to save on some space, Wacaco's Pipamoka doesn't need any filter papers, it has a basket that you put the grounds in. I've had one for a few years and it is pretty decent, and you can get 2 extra baskets for $20 so you can brew 3 cups back to back if you want.
Lance Hedrick showed it in his video he did about the Weber Bird.
Great idea! But how i see it is its like an aeropress but less versatile. I dont have a pipamoka (not really interested) but let's see if i can get one soon. I might be dismissing how good it is before i get to try it hehe :)
excellent ,;)
Thank you!!! I dont know if you said it like
Excellent!
Or
~ excellent, now i have to get that :(
Hahahahaha
My go to is my picopresso and C40. The Zebrang and mug scale would be a good addition to my travel kit. Where can I buy that those?
i got them from Kape Kalakal on shopee :)
too bad hario coffee scale mug not available in indonesia, seems pretty convenient
is it not? but do you have shopee or lazada in indonesia? if you have then you can get it straight from Japan Vendors :)
can the zebrang fit in switch
I think it can but the zebrang is too soft, too flimsy to hold the form.
Where to buy Hario coffee scale mug ? I didn’t find it the official site.
@@Byb_965 where are you from? If you're from the philippines it's on shopee and lazada.
@@darylbuenocoffee No bro from kuwait
@@Byb_965 hmmm do you have a local dealer of hario products? If not maybe you can try and buy from amazon of any country and have it sent to kuwait? Im not really sure.
@@darylbuenocoffee What do you recommend for travel that is easy and doesn't take time?
@@Byb_965 that would be drip coffees. If you can get like really good coffees that you like from drip coffees then i think that would be the best alternative for you when you travel.

:D
nyaaahahahaha, thank you!
No aeropress?
There is, right there on the thumbnail :)
