Maybe they gave you a whole set of 9 members because you purchased 9 pieces...but if you just bought one, the whole 3 pcs of cards will be random. That's how the platform albums were marketed, is to buy a whole set to secure all members, and they will not give you dupes.

i bought the seventeen weverse albums as well and they were not random pcs! if you got jeonghans qr code you were guaranteed jeonghans photocards!
