I preferred it when RUclips left live and recent in one go and still allowed to look at the video and live separately.

I don't think they promote live the same or as much as a regular video. Its a one trick Pony sort of speak. So yes if you miss it that day, you have to click the notification ot go to the channel.

It looks to be much worse, I have a completely different list of videos on the Videos tab and the Live tab then you show in this video ... and I mean COMPLETELY different. For example I see the Bob Ross video in the Videos-tab and the World backup Day video in the Live-tab, both missing in your lists. But they are ALL different, for at least the first 12 videos of both tabs ...

Carey, perhaps you should upload your live videos, too?
Yes, you will have a duplicate (one under "Live" and one under "Videos"). But it will work to your benefit, as most users will still not know why your videos are not showing up.
And there are new people that will come across your channel, click on "Videos", and see a long period of no new content. They might choose to not subscribe, based on not seeing new content.
If you upload your copy of your live videos, then it will basically return you to how things used to be, with no one missing your new videos (regardless of whether they are live or not).
And perhaps put in the uploaded video a description or pinned comment stating that this was originally from a live presentation?
