- Ingredients
Syrup
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
Few cardamom pods
1 Tsp rose water
1 Tsp lemon juice
2 cups whole milk dry powder milk
4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Tsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp cardamom powder
2 Tbsp ghee
1/2 cup room temperature milk plus 2 Tbsp more
Oil for frying
Oh my. Going to have to try this. It's amazing that the main ingredient is powdered milk of all things.
