Sonia Ally sorry to hear this hun , make sure u test the sugar before u add the milk powder, meaning take a bowl of water and drop some of the sugar syrup into it , u should be able to make a ball with it then u know the sugar is ready for the milk powder , u can use my brown fudge video for reference on how to test the syrup
just made this. It was perfect.I added a little twist to it tho, my husband wanted cherries and raisins and i also added a little butter. Thanks a lot for the recipe.

That means the syrup wasn't ready for the milk powder love, next time let it simmered down a little more
I made it multiple times, but mine comes out really sticky!!! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong because I’m following you step by step
If it’s too sticky my friend means the sugar syrup needs to cook more
