My biggest problem with Kdramas are the fact that you can’t sit down and watch one episode. They are binge shows for me... once I start one, I will keeping watching until I finish the series.
That what happens to me too!! I binge watch, because I simply can't wait to finish it. Until recently, I have become a little more picky with dramas, and I have started to drop dramas that simply do not hit with me in the first 5 or so episodes...

@@AjayGupta-en3wr ummm.... actually i watched the drama on dramacool which was really affordable and if u wanna watch it somewhere else u can watch it on netflix or u can just wait for over year so that the drama could be available on youtube but i guess dramacool is REALLY good i know it may be consuming a lot of wifi but i dont know anyother way! I am really sorry or u can just search more vids on youtube for other ways to see the drama but i dont think there will be sooo......!! Hope this helps ;)

Am honestly heartbroken for not seeing Tales of the Nine Tailed on this list 😢.This series is underrated and it hurts me coz it’s what welcomed me to the Kdrama life and addiction! The story, the cast, everything about it was amazing.

I love them all. I never get tired of K Drama1 But, for me, Goblin/Guardian, The Great and Lonely God is absolutely #1 - no contest. It has everything. If you have not seen it, watch it ASAP! And if you haven't seen Gong Yoo much, you are really missing the finest actor in K Drama!
I add this in June of 2022. After I wrote this, I watched The Red Sleeve - about 6 times! It's sort of like potato chips - just one is not enough! So now it's Gong Yoo in one and Junho in the other. Oh My. what a lot of talent there!

I also really liked “It’s ok that’s love”. The chemistry between Gong Hyo-Jin and Jo In Sung was incredible and the drama also tackled mental health issue in a very skilful, compassionate way.

I would recommend "it's okay to not be okay" and "Vicenzo"...
Both dramas are soo different but they are just AMAZING. i finished both of them in 2-2 days. That shows my OBSESSION with them. Watch them and you won't regret it.

Granted I've only watched four episodes of "DOTS", and knowing that K-dramas are often slow burners, this one had me falling asleep. So yeah, I gave up and was left puzzled. Coz for the love of God! How did this show ever become so popular. From what I've seen so far, it qualifies as the most overrated K-drama in recent memory.

It was amazing only till like 13 episodes hut it went down hill really quick. Everything is just crying and law and prosecutions plus cases. Not really enjoyable :(

Its literally a shame to know that there are literally not even 1% of these kind of dramas on india.. Indian dramas are full of shit and im not afraid to say that. They are full of only 1 concepts which is followed throught decades. This is the reason why I love korean movies and dramas. Each time the stories are really different and out of the box.

Romance is a Bonus Book-- one of the of most romantic stories I have seen, not just out of K drama, but out of all drama. Plus it deals with grown up issues, it's funny at times, and just brilliant. Also Marriage, Not Dating is a perfect Rom Com up there with What's Wrong with Secretary Kim.

I would add "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo" and also "Memories of the Alhambra" which gamers and non-gamers alike will appreciate. And "Sungkyunkwan Scandal" is a lot of fun. I've watched it 4X.
Lawless Lawyer and Vincenzo are so damn good.. you won't even get tired of watching it over and over again
For me : #1 Goblin and #2 Descendant of The Sun. Their love story, their bromance, the support caracter and the comedy are on point. I just can't stop for watching it again and again and again and never been bored. Just periodt 👍👍💜💛💜💛💜💛

Try watching Something in the Rain, you'll realize you want to fall in love again.
If you like slow burners like Something in the Rain - I must recommend you to watch "Just between lovers" - it has amazing realistic feel to it and the emotions you feel during watching it are just ... I cannot really explain. I almost never write comments under the comment section but this drama is so underrated in my opinion and deserves much more love than it gets. So I cannot recommend it enough :)

I also recommend L.U.C.A the beginning, i'm a fan of lee da hee but when i saw the kdrama ep 1 and 2, now it's not just because of Lee Da Hee, it is because of the action and thriller of the story. I highly recommend this if you like recent action and science fiction. Also Mr queen. I also highly recommend this one

Agree absolutely. There’s many more good dramas but CLOY is in a league on their own. I doubt if it will be replicated even if HB and SYJ will lead another drama. The screenplay is just well written. There’s comedy, friendship, suspense, light drama, heavy drama, heart fluttering romance, woman’s empowerment, family discourse, flamboyant lifestyle, poverty, military life, conflict of supposedly one nation. Every genre of drama is found in CLOY. It’s been almost 2 yrs. since the first showing and I still find myself rewatching for gazillion times.
Kill me heal me is such a masterpiece. Ji sung is one of the best actors in the kdrama industry.

Crash Landing on you was my first Korean drama and so far NO OTHER has topped it. It is still my #1. I cried and laugh like crazy.
CLOY was my first K drama too and thought it could never get better than that till I watched Healer and Flower of Evil. Both of them topped CLOY for me.

- *Sky Castle* : family, education (psychological-not so thriller-ish, mystery)
- *Save Me* : religious cult
- *Flower of Evil* (melodrama,crime)
INSPIRING (I know it's not a genre):
- *Itaewon Class* : revenge, business, discrimination, food (drama, romance)
- *Start-Up* : business (drama, romance, comedy) - I personally wish that they wouldn’t focus so much on the romance towards the end though
- *Wok of Love* : cooking, business (drama, romance)
CRIME / DETECTIVE /MYSTERY:
- *Tunnel* (crime, thriller, fantasy)
- *Signal* (crime, thriller, fantasy, sci-fi)

ROM-COM:
- *Mr. Queen* : I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!! It’s one of the funniest shows, the chemistry between all the actors is really good and it never got boring! (fantasy, historical)
- *Kill Me, Heal Me* : the lead actor’s acting is phenomenal (also gets a bit intense at parts -thriller-ish)
- *Crash Landing On You* : the actors’ chemistry is incredible (history, political)
- *It's Okay to Not Be Okay* : mental health (serious at parts as well)
ROMANCE:
- *W* (webtoon, fantasy, thriller)
- *Reply 1988* (comedy, family)

My favourite kdrama so far is: Extracurricular. Everything about it just blew me away. I binged it. It’s not your usual kdrama. It’s very real, dark, intense, a bit gory at parts (nothing was blurred out like it usually is). The plot was very good, the acting was amazing and the cinematography was excellent! I think that it’s underrated. I feel like Mr. Queen would be my next as it makes me laugh so much and always improves my mood.
PS. I got bored of writing descriptions for each one so yeah ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Also, most of these are newer shows and there are definitely good older ones but stuff like "Boys Over Flowers" will never be in my list - that 💩 is toxic bruh

You watch one, then look up dramas with the same actors. A cycle which never ends .. late nights and swooning
All these recommendation channels and not one mentioned 'its okay, that's love'. Such an underrated drama. It was my favourite, but now its 'it's okay to not be okay'. Still my top two even after ive watched so many dramas. Everyone should try watching it.

There are so many kdramas that are amazing but Reply 1988, Coffee Prince, Pasta and Secret Garden are the kdramas I never tire watching!

Most of the viewers doesn't like it after 10th episode...drama was so good but last few episodes are quite irritating and boring
