Man sick! Feeling like I'm gonna set my drum set on fire...after some serious time with the pad lol flam rudiments give me a headache....but that good ache...that brain crunch 👍👍👍👍 Mr. Mendoza you are TOO underrated I hope we hear how you interpret this on your set!!!!! Even in a 1 min solo I would go hysterical

Wouldn't it be easier to just describe it as just the 4 part of a 4-2-1 grid?
Not everyone knows the 4-2-1 grid especially being that these are just the 4’s. So for me there was no point of mentioning the 4-2-1 Grid. For the marching world this is common knowledge, but we wanted to make exercises for all percussionists. Concert, marching, drum set, etc. But I totally get your point dude!
@@JuanCarlitoMendoza makes sense. I didn't realize that gridding wasn't taught outside the marching percussion world. That's a shame!
Blake F. I agree man but that’s why we are here though! Especially around the world. They don’t have the resources we have here in the States. So our common knowledge is gold nuggets for them that they have never heard of before. Respect brother and tag us on IG! We will repost for sure!
