Hi I've been working here sa Pilipinas (Makati) Accounting Staff 2.5years pero chop chop yung iba ko work. so far sapag wowork ko sa dto sa company ko ngayon ng 2.5 years 16k permonth walang pang 100k yung ipon ko (50k to be exact). 24, single. hnd naman ako nag rarant or complain I'm thankful kase may work pa rin ako kahit may pandemic. Pero kase na pa isip isip din ako kung sa kagaya ko ordinaryo(rank and file na employee) hirap maka ipon hirap umunlad pag yung sahod lng talaga inaasahan mo. feeling ko pag aabroad lng ang taging mag salba sa akin pero hnd ko alam kung paa ano. skl
I can feel you po. I also started from a low salary in PH thats why I resigned my job and took the risk going abroad and i made the right decision. Its always nice to explore while we are still young. But for now po, negative po ang hiring sa Singapore and maybe pag nakarecover na ang mga bansa. All the best sa iyong future endeavors.:)

Hi Sir Benjie! Ask ko lng po kung ano ang mas effective na diskarte as of now? Mag-apply online at maghintay ng tawag mula sa employer n inaaplyan habang nasa 'Pinas or much better kung pupunta ka talaga dyan as tourist sa Singapore?
Hi! I would suggest, go thru agency din sa Pinas. Or make a sellable CV/ resume para magsend ka online. I made a playlist abt getting a job in Singapore para sa ibang tips.
Hi par, just returned watching this, and I am still baffled how Filipinos are able to secure a job in SG, that is not domestic work job. Do you need to have to have your job profile application be on jobstreetSG, LinkedinSG or MonsterSG? or the Philippine version is enough? but from the current situation there is the hospitality sector in SG became less tight to foreign workers?

Thank you for your very helpful tips. Question lang po, I am a Civil Engineer working for Singapore projects but currently based in the Philippines. I tried applying online but most of them ni-lilink ako sa mycareersfuture sg na website which requires Singpass para makapag-apply. Tapos yung Singpass naman po kailangan ng employer bago makakuha. So parang cycle po sya na hindi alam pano sisimulan. Any suggestions po? Thank you and keep inspiring!
Hi Ken, some jobsites will link you to Singpass (i dont have an account either🤣) and some sites will be just normal jobsites where you can create your profile and submit.

Hi julz 👋 In your profession, i would suggest you go online. Sa mga agencies na napuntahan ko. It is more on Hotel, Restaurants, Bar, Sales, retails, customer services, etc. I would suggest, download the app like headhunters, monster na nagpopost ng mga hiring at iba pang jobsites para send2 lng online. :)

Hi John, sa IT job kase you can get a direct job dito thru sa mga jobsites na nasabi ko sa isang vlog... or you can watch ung playlist ko abt SG. Marami IT professionals dito ang 8/10 ay direct hired. You just really need to submit2 online...

Hi Emphraim. It’s not really that indemand but you can try other industries if you want to start a career abroad..

Hi Cresar...i have few agencies but not sure if they could cater teachers for employment. So far i dont have friends na nagwowork sa school dito. But hope you could research on that. You can apply direct to their websites. If you want to know more abt the system here, i made a playlist pra my full understanding ka sa system dito ng employment. But for teaching, i think you can be hired directly from school without placement fee. 🙏🏻

Hi Charlene, in your field kase for what i know, you can get a job thru jobsites at kailangan mong hanapin...and bibihira lng na nag-aagency, but if i were u, check headhunter.com.sg , monster.com.sg and other jobsites.
