Foreign Power Frenzy around Fort Wayne

Went up to Fort Wayne expecting a KCS Grey Ghost to lead an outbound freight. However, that did not happen. Despite, I grabbed 4 trains around the area, all of which had foreign power leaders. Three from NS, and one from the CF&E.
