[HD] CSXT 488 North stopped at the Salem Interlocker

On June 28th, CSXT 488 North was stopped at the Salem Interlocker due to a red stop signal. For a while this has been becoming common since CSX shoved cars up to Bannister for storage which closed the circuit on the diamond giving the CSX the right of way to cross the diamond. So what's been done is, the conductor of a UP train will get out, work the box, wait 5 minutes and then proceed if they get an indication. For this train though, they had worked the box, waited their time and still had a red signal. So the UP dispatcher gave them authority to pass the red stop signal on the diamond and the stop signal for the siding since since it was giving out a red signal also.
