Been watching you since before you moved to your current place. Learned so much about lazy gardening from you. So excited for you and Scott becoming parents. And somehow I feel like an Auntie!

I've planted flowers.. seaside daisy, coreopsis, penstamon, oesteospernum, salvia, and pansy. And then we had rain which is great because it is actually the start of our dry season. I've also been harvesting my first lemons.

The onions will grow it takes time.
Nice plantings Robyn, watering is at a minimum with all this rain.😁
Planted mostly onions this year in Sydney. Started in February/March and still going with some Italian onions that usually grow later like now., also grew some carrots.

Yeah the onions have perked up even after a few days so I'm hoping they enjoy their new spot in the ground! Mmm would have loved to grow carrots, but something keeps eating them :/

Gee it looks coldddddd 🥶 In my garden I’m currently just removing dead leaves from my potted pothos plants 😂 it is all happening here!
So keen to see your garden start to wake up again in the warmer weather and burst back to life! But I’m not wishing away the cool weather as I know it’ll be grossly hot and humid again before I know it.

It was super chilly last week! Definitely enjoying a little more inside time lately. Aww haha gosh my house plants aren't doing too well.... I can't seem to get the hang of them :/
Hope all is well with you, need to catch up on your latest videos tonight!

I planted my cabbages ,broccoli, silverbeet, garlic and onion a couple of months only the weather has been so cold here in Victoria Dandenong range’s that there has not been much growth on them . I have also planted later garlic in pots so it will be interesting to see what ends up growing better, today I hope to plant some more onion in my tree/bulb garden then I will be away for a month so when we get back at the end of august that will show what growth has really done. We have not turned the watering off so far this year as we are very low on rain

Sounds like an awesome mix of veggies you have planted! I didn't get around to garlic this year but I think if I did I'd have to grow in pots too as the ground has been too saturated. Gosh wish I could send some of this rain down to Victoria! It's crazy how isolated it's been this year!

When did you film this as you have sunlight. I am fighting the wet conditions. While i watch this I hear the rain bucketing down outside. Just planted some pre-germinated peas today. Lets hope they don't rot in the ground.

This was filmed earlier this week during all of that rain... the sun only lasted for about 30 mins and throughout the video I was constantly going inside then back out haha. Made it a bit challenging to get things done! Hopefully we have a few drier days now. Can't believe how saturated the ground is :/

I am in New Zealand, I planted some lovely cauliflower seedlings last week, but looks like slugs have had a big meal of them :(

I've been struggling over the last few days with slugs too! I've tried all the DIY traps and set some beer traps tonight to see if they work and fingers crossed they do :/

Awesome! I actually got these ones from our local rubbish tip where they have a large bin that you can buy bulk for quite cheap. Trade off is that some are a little broken but overall not too bad :)
