Imma answer these in order. 1. I wanted to put explosion higher, trust me. I ranked it lower due to the quirk factor being only in the hands. 2. Dabi and Endeavor’s quirks are both specified as Hellflame and yes Dani’s flames are stronger but it’s still classified as Hellflame. While Deku and All Might both have OFA, I still ranked them the same. 3. HHHC is ranked higher than Explosion due to the quirk factor not being limited to the hands, higher area of effect, 2 elements vs 1 and Explosion has the side effect of damaging the arms while HHHC the weakness can be overcame. @@JetTheProphet I get your point on how miro had to work really hard to make his quirk as powerfull as it was but most of the quirks on this list would not be as powerfull if the user did not train them up.
@@JetTheProphet why though, someone mastering it will have the same effect as overhaul quirk, just touch them and they will rewind to nothingness, you also have infinity healing for yourself and your allies as you can rewind them to the state before the injury, rewind all for one and turn him to a kid, that can basically make you immortal, so many applications if someone mastered it.
