Mercedes sent me an e-mail yesterday concerning my W212 2012 wagon. They are taking the rear subframe into their charge! I will purchase all new arms and joints and shocks, and they will supply the labor and subframe. I am getting an entire new rear end for 1500 euro. Its like a dream come true. I see at least another 11 years with the car. Maybe more as this time I'm going directly to a body shop for additional corrosion control just for the new rear end.
Your video helped me to figure it out why my inside door handle wasn't opening the door after reassembly. There is a guide for cable where it should go through. Mine is 2016 cls W218 and has same internals. Thank you!
Many guys replace the rear speaker without removing the metal panel. But I think you need to destroy the old speaker. The pop rivets are under the outer edge.
Yess that’s good way to do it, this original speaker are not much to keep anyway. Thinking about only to cut out old speaker and pop the new one in with out take out rivers should work!
MY door not locking or locking up pin is notmoving.. to lock i need to press pinn manualy in and if lockef open with door handle from inside.. ( my car was anticorotion with crone done.even inside doors by drilling holes and spray in KROWN ).. so what can be problem and can i fix it by myself removim this panel?
Hi not sure. Tnx. Also drivers foldable mirror folding too far to front not stoping should hold with hand to stop in place. What couse of it and any ideas how to fix it ( mirrors has blind spot sensors inside)

My question is do you have to push up on the door panel to make it come off once you get the screws out
And r u pulling toward u to get panel off or up
You could make it both ways but best way is to pull it straight out, not up I learned after some removes : )

No problem! Don’t have any info about that never done that kind of repair. Only got normal mirrors.
