Finally! Someone who truly knows how to make it. I knew there had to be a simpler method. So thrilled I found your video. Thanks for making this stitch easier than anyone else. Your video is immaculate and your tutorial is spot on. Now I can proceed with making my lamb chop puppet. I truly appreciate your help. Blessings.
I had an old craft magazine from the late 70s with a pattern using this stitch. The pattern was for a teddy bear. I made a large white bear with a red heart nose for my daughter on Valentines Day. I’ve since lost the magazine and haven’t been able to remember the stitch, so I’m delighted to see it here! I can’t wait to use it again. Thanks for sharing it. 🤗
Wow - I was trying from a book on how to do this stitch to make a simple rug for almost thirty minutes, got frustrated, found your great tutorial and I now know what to do. Thank you so much for making it much better to understand! I am no longer frustrated!! LOL
Thank you so much for this tutorial, I have watched many and still couldn't figure the loop out!! I needed it for a koala project and this is clear, concise and very simple to follow :)
You are a great teacher taking your time showing people slowly I'm a better learner seeing the video then reading a pattern I totally got it fairly quickly it's adorable
Yay! OMG, I did it! 😊 I successfully crocheted loop stitches onto my flower for my granny square. Thanks to you, it turned out absolutely perfect and look beautiful. ♥️ ***NOTE:*** The most difficult part was holding my work to make the loop stitch because it felt very awkward since I usually loop the yarn over my middle finger and hold my work with my thumb and index finger but I took my time and followed your directions. I can't believe "I" actually did it AND it's beautiful.♥️👍😊 It may take a minute before loop stitches become second nature to me but "slow and steady = success"! I'm going to share your video with everyone.😃 Thanks again so much!!!♥️🙏😊
This is much easier than on written instructions! A very good tutorial much thanks 😊 I am using the the pattern for a cloth and mop, and may make a cushions!
I just watched 4 other RUclips videos on how to do the loop stitch. They were all complicated compared to yours. Thank you for this clear and easy tutorial. 🧶I will use your techniques for making this stitch. ♥
you prolly dont care at all but does any of you know a way to get back into an instagram account..? I was dumb lost my account password. I love any tips you can give me!
@Jagger Valentino Thanks for your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
I've watched this twice and probably a couple of more times because my baby blanket is very wide even though I'm only going to do maybe maybe only six rows my width is like almost 200 stitches. It's going to be the grass that my crocheted flowers are growing in along the bottom of the blanket you have the easiest demonstration and I have watched many to get this rightthanks so much
That is neat. I want to try this but with large yarn and some antislip rug mat for a backing. I have some bernat blanket. I was thinking of holding together 2 yarns. I have a smorgasbord of different black acrylics. I could do a combo mixed media all black thing. That or I was going to use the different yarns in a hooded cloak mixed media. Think I will try the rug first and see how it goes.
Thanks for the great tutorial! I’m mostly self taught so none of my technique is “standard”. It was simple to adapt from your video which was a perfect speed with simple instruction.
Excellent explanation. I'm trying to remake something one of my great grandmother's made probably back in the 1960's or 1970's. My results from your explanation looks like her loops. Thanks!
Thank you! I just purchased a vintage pattern using this stitch and it was so simply written my simple brain couldn't comprehend. I'm making loop stitch slippers for the kitchen. Why does the kitchen floor accummilate so much crumbs/dust?! Thanks again!
Thank you mam for this video and ur presentation was excellent. This is my speed to understand the way of stiching.and you explained it very well.waiting for more videos
Thanks for the tutorial. I’m making a squirrel and need loop stitch the tail. The pattern book tries to explain how but I find a video showing how much easier to follow 😊🐿
Thank you for doing this tutorial... I have a rug pattern which is basically one row of Front Loop Stitch then a row of Back Loop Stitch. Is there a different technique in how to do those stitches please?
Hi! I'm making a hedgehog amigurumi and I'm to supposed to use this stitch for the spikes but the patterns says that I have to cut the loops but my question is this: if I cut the loops, will it get undone?
Great explanation BUT PLEASE do NOT use this for a baby blanket. There is a real risk that the baby could wrap a loop around their finger cutting off the blood supply and so losing a finger. I'm not being a scaremonger; this is advice found in many countries. But a really useful video - the others I've tried have been useless!

Nice😊
Hi! I'm making a hedgehog amigurumi and I'm to supposed to use this stitch for the spikes but the patterns says that I have to cut the loops but my question is this: if I cut the loops, will it get undone?
Hey! I know this is a bitate but I can calm you a bit: even if you cut the loops open, your crochet won't come undone. :)
What is this how it is used ful
Great explanation BUT PLEASE do NOT use this for a baby blanket. There is a real risk that the baby could wrap a loop around their finger cutting off the blood supply and so losing a finger. I'm not being a scaremonger; this is advice found in many countries. But a really useful video - the others I've tried have been useless!
I love it so much thanks
I think your tutorial is very clear and good, but I got a problem: My loops are uneven. Is that normal or what should I do?
