Thank you. All thanks to my subscribers and supporters. Where I come from dulce de leche is commonly used in deserts too. I used to watch my grandma make then and I would eat them plain! I love the smoky taste of real toasted white chocolate hence my own ‘better’ version I think 😊 Stay tuned for the hot and iced versions of the toasted white chocolate mocha!

Yeah right? It would mean there's more sugar in them than cocoa butter. The heat is also a factor. All I wanted was to get a roasted white chocolate taste
Instead of oven since i don't have can i toast it on a microwave?
You may use a simple toaster but ever so quickly!

Hi, Cold brew can stay in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks. Without milk.
What type of white chocolate chips are you using? I’ve got the Ghirardelli smaller size chips and they don’t get very toasted like yours…
I am using a local brand. Perhaps you should increase the heat?

I used Ghirardelli too and it just melted instead of toasted
How long will this white chocolate last?
It should last up to 2 weeks refrigerated. Mine lasts up to 1 month unless I finish it first 😊
Can I cook it over pan to toast that white chocolate?
Sure, low heat and keep it covered to keep the smoke in for that smokey taste and smell

It won’t be creamy
If you do you run the risk of seizing the chocolate. Maybe alternative milk if you're so inclined. Make sure whatever liquid you use is warm enough to melt.
Making this i read that you can only bake white chocolate that has 30 percent cocoa butter
So anyone using white mocha chips
I recommend to not use it because those have like no cocoa butter in them like at all. Id use the ones in the video or the bars cut down
The first time I made this I burnt it from using the wm chips and now realize why lol

How they remain intact and don't melt?
Setting it at the right temperature. I bake at 170C. The idea is to get that smokey, toasted taste :-)
