Flip the switch they are connected to 5 times. The bulb will then flash. This means that it is reset. If that doesn’t work download the Sylvania app and try to update the bulbs. Let me know if this works!
Hi Walter, I bought these bulbs as well, and since these are my first smart bulb purchase, I was curious if ALL smart light bulbs turn off one at a time in a scene, or is it just the SYLVANIA ones that do it? I want to be able to create a scene for my four ceiling bulbs to dim / turn on / off simultaneously; not one at a time. Is this possible with HomeKit? Is it HomeKit that’s responsible for this, or is it the bulbs? I don’t have a hub or anything.
Yes you can set a scene with them with multiple bulbs it’ll ask you which devices you want to set the scene with and you just select multiple. HomeKit is definitely what is responsible for creating the scene

@CoryWithaY No E oh.. ok. I’ll have to mess around with it to see. If I remember right mine have a slight delay ( like a second if that) between each other. I believe that delay is because they are Bluetooth.

@@corywithaynoe You are able to set a group of lights on HomeKit to act as one, there are no noticeable delays from what I've noticed.

Did you download the SYLVANIA app and updat the bulb? I had to do that with two of them to get them to work right
